What You'll Do as an Office Administrator:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, answering customer questions or directing them to the right team member.
• Manage product lead times, process service requests, and create internal work orders.
• Receive, enter, confirm, & coordinate customer orders, routing new sales inquiries to the Sales team.
• Enter credit card transactions, process accounts payable, and manage customer invoices.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Order office supplies and support daily administrative operations.

Our Ideal Office Administrator:

• Experienced: 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience required. Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience helpful, but willing to train.
• Excellent Communicator: Communicates clearly with customers, answers questions patiently, and routes inquiries to the right team members.
• Detail-oriented: Processes orders and invoices accurately and keeps records organized.
• Team Player: Works well with office staff and supports smooth day-to-day operations.
• Professional: Maintains a modest business casual appearance consistent with a customer-facing office environment.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite. QuickBooks experience helpful.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, including labor and material allocation
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on job sites
• Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with the NEC and company policies
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients
• Track labor hours, materials, and job progress

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Municipal or local electrical license, certification, or equivalent documented field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability
  
• Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  
• Ensure donor and staff confidentiality
  
• Responsible for donor awareness to potential hazards
  
• Provide donor education regarding general health and provide counseling regarding unacceptable test results
  
• Evaluate & manage donor injuries and adverse events
  
• Perform evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability
  
• Assist in employee training
  
• Administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine program
  

Job Requirements

Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT.  Current CPR certification required.

Attributes:

-Work is performed both standing and sitting for up to 2 to 4 hours per day each.

-The position does require bending and twisting of neck up from 1 to 2 hours per day.

-Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

-Ability to make precise coordinated movements, of the fingers to grasp and manipulate objects.

- Frequent foot movement; may squat, crouch or sit on one's heels on rare occasion. Occasionally walks, bends and twists at waist.

-Light lifting of 15lbs. with a maximum lift of 50lbs. May reach below shoulder height. Hearing acuity essential.

-Color perception/discrimination, near vision and far vision correctable in one eye to 20/30 and to 20/100 in the other eye.

-Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

-Works independently and within guidance of oral or written instructions.

-Performs a wide range of tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions.

-Relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Work is performed in a plasma center.

-Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms.

-Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment.

-Exposure to extreme cold below 32 degrees F while performing functions in plasma freezers. Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear.
