  • Develop and maintain secure session management standards covering session authentication, token lifecycle controls, timeout and re authentication policies, session integrity protections, and secure storage of session credentials.
  • Validate identity and authentication controls for external partners, vendor platforms, and ecosystem integrations to ensure secure interoperability with product solutions.
  • Evaluate trust relationships established via SAML, OIDC, and OAuth federation to ensure proper configuration and token integrity.
  • Participate in threat modeling activities focused on authentication flows, credential misuse scenarios, and ecosystem trust boundaries.
  • Support teams in identifying identity and access management risks and recommending effective mitigations.
  • Define requirements for identity‑related security logging, anomaly detection, and telemetry to support monitoring of authentication, authorization, and device trust events.
  • Perform IAM maturity assessments across product lines and recommend strategic improvements to identity architectures, trust boundaries, and credential governance.
  • Develop and maintain reusable IAM reference architectures, threat models, and design blueprints to support consistent, secure identity implementations across product teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure consistent application of IAM standards and secure design patterns across product teams.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing authentication and authorization content for FDA cybersecurity submissions.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills: - 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, identity architecture, access management, cybersecurity, or technology PCB work
  • Establish and maintain product cybersecurity standards

Reporting to the Director of Palliative Care, this role provides high-quality palliative care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. The AIM Palliative RN collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to assess, educate, and coordinate care while ensuring comfort and quality of life.

 

Essential Functions of Position:

  • Conduct in-person and telephonic RN assessments and screenings for palliative care patients.

  • Complete Risk Stratification Assessments to identify patient support needs in consultation with the Nurse Practitioner.

  • Observe patient visit frequency based on individual needs and risk identification.

  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, end-of-life care, medications, nutrition, and treatments.

  • Communicate findings to the Palliative Nurse Practitioner and/or PCP, including changes in condition or signs of decline.

  • Coordinate care with palliative team members and support hospice referral as appropriate.

  • Document timely clinical records including assessments, progress notes, care plans, physician orders, and treatments.

  • Support care plan development from initial assessment through discharge, addressing functional decline, symptom management, nutrition, cognition, and family/caregiver needs.

  • Collaborate on modifications to individualized palliative plans of care.

  • Facilitate care delivery and obtain additional resources as needed in accordance with the Plan of Care.

  • Participate in evening/weekend on-call rotation as required.

  • Facilitate prescription transmission to pharmacies, manage lab and diagnostic results, and request durable medical equipment as medically necessary.

The QA/QC Welding Inspector is responsible for ensuring all welding activities associated with steel storage tank fabrication and field construction comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality requirements. The individual shall be proficient in ASME Section IX welding qualifications and API 650 requirements for welded steel storage tanks. Work includes shop and field inspection, documentation control, coordination of NDE activities, and support of quality management systems.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Review, Verify, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) in accordance with ASME Section IX.
  • Inspect welding activities for compliance with API 650 requirements, including joint details, materials, fit-up, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform visual inspection of welds before, during and after welding operations.
  • Coordinate and witness non-destructive examination (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and review inspection and test reports.
  • Verify proper identification, handling, and traceability of base materials, filler metals, and welding consumables.
  • Monitor preheat, interpass temperature, welding parameters, and PWHT requirements where applicable.
  • Identify nonconforming work, issue NCRs, and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation including weld maps, inspection reports, welder continuity logs, and turnover packages.
  • Interface with engineering, fabrication, construction, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and project meetings as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC welding inspection for industrial fabrication or field construction.
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required.
  • Demonstrated experience with ASME Section IX welding qualifications and documentation.
  • Proven experience inspecting API 650 welded steel storage tanks (shop and/or field erected).
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW) and joint configurations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and inspection criteria.
  • API 653 certification a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated organization and effective process management skills.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk during intermittent durations of the day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
