QA/QC Welding Inspector
The QA/QC Welding Inspector is responsible for ensuring all welding activities associated with steel storage tank fabrication and field construction comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality requirements. The individual shall be proficient in ASME Section IX welding qualifications and API 650 requirements for welded steel storage tanks. Work includes shop and field inspection, documentation control, coordination of NDE activities, and support of quality management systems.
Pay: DOQ
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Review, Verify, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) in accordance with ASME Section IX.
- Inspect welding activities for compliance with API 650 requirements, including joint details, materials, fit-up, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform visual inspection of welds before, during and after welding operations.
- Coordinate and witness non-destructive examination (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and review inspectionΒ and test reports.
- Verify proper identification, handling, and traceability of base materials, filler metals, andΒ welding consumables.
- Monitor preheat, interpass temperature, welding parameters, and PWHT requirements whereΒ applicable.
- Identify nonconforming work, issue NCRs, and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including weld maps, inspection reports, welder continuityΒ logs, and turnover packages.
- Interface with engineering, fabrication, construction, and third-party inspectors to resolveΒ quality issues.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and project meetings as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in QA/QC welding inspection for industrial fabrication or fieldΒ construction.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required.
- Demonstrated experience with ASME Section IX welding qualifications and documentation.
- Proven experience inspecting API 650 welded steel storage tanks (shop and/or field erected).
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW) and joint configurations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, specifications, andΒ inspection criteria.
- API 653 certification a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated organization and effective process management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk during intermittent durations of the day.

General Purpose
Environmental Specialist I, you will learn the safe and compliant packaging and shipping of hazardous waste while working at a customerβs location. Youβll learn how itβs handled safely, where it goes, and how we help keep these materials out of landfills and water supplies. In this role, you will collect, separate and pack hazardous material for storage and transport and youβll be trained to complete the required documentation in accordance with our practices and procedures.

- Compile detailed inventories of lab pack materials, segregate and package lab pack materials based on prepared inventory sheets
- Prepare all required shipping documents β Manifests, LDRs, inventory sheets, labels & markings
- Organize batteries β segregate by type, tape and package
- Collect and package lightbulbs for disposal
- Assist with reporting requirements and compliance
- Unload inbound trucks with supplies and load outbound trucks with drums or other containers of hazardous, non-hazardous and universal wastes
- Ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents by correctly counting containers removed from our added to trucks
- Complete paperwork legibly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Follow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in Clean Earth procedures and policies
- Maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with appropriate regulations, customer policies, practices and procedures and Clean Earth policies, practices, and procedures
- Segregate and package material for transport along with completion of required paperwork in accordance with appropriate regulations and Customer/Clean Earth policies, practices, and procedures
Basic Qualifications

- Ability to wear personal protection equipment (PPE) including eye protection, face shield, Tyvek coveralls, steel toe boots and respirator.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop algorithms using Matlab and Simulink for model-based development.
- Create and maintain appropriate design documentation for review purposes.
- Utilize mathematical models and computer-aided engineering/scientific design tools such as Matlab/Simulink and Math CAD to simulate steady state, dynamic, and transient operation of embedded controls.
- Perform product-level testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Develop Matlab Simulink models to produce embedded software for generator set and automatic transfer switch controllers.
- Apply knowledge of electrical systems in the power generation industry, including distributed/embedded power generation, conventional centralized power generation, and islanded/standalone power systems.

The Process Engineer β Coatings/Finishing is responsible for orchestrating the design, staging, execution, documentation, and analysis of lab tests and technical demonstrations of Binks finishing and sealants products. This customer-facing position will play a crucial role in helping craft tailored solutions for in-plant coatings and dispensing applications and curing processes across a wide range of manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually build expertise in Binks product and equipment offering
- Interface with key cross functional parties including Sales, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and Product Management
- Work with Sales and Engineering to translate specific customer requirements to key process parameters
- Provide technical input on feasibility, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Design tests and demonstrations by selecting product to match application or curing needs, and refine parameters throughout the process
- Coordinate, set up, and run tests and demonstrations in an applications lab setting
- Evaluate test and demonstration performance based on technical analysis
- Document and communicate test and demonstration results to relevant parties, and identify potential issues, questions, or challenges that arise during testing/demonstration
- Provide support in presale meetings, equipment startups, process tuning, and general system troubleshooting as needed
- Research, order, receive, record, and manage required lab equipment, materials and other consumables
- Perform general lab 5S and equipment maintenance responsibilities for the Shoreview lab facility
- Comply with company policies, ISO standards, environmental and safety laws
- Perform other related duties as required

About the Position
We have an opportunity available for a regional class A driver that will work Monday through Friday. It will be paid by the mile and will require the employee to drive a 10-speed tractor with a short sleeper bunk within the full guidelines of the FMCSA. We have no gimmicks to offer you, we're just expanding our fleet with customer freight.

Requirements
Essential Functions:
Receive and follow dispatch orders and communicate daily when working
Pre and Post trip inspect all vehicles with no shortcuts taken
Hook up to the correct trailer as directed by dispatch
Drive vehicle on specified route observing DOT and Terminal Transport safe driving rules and regulations
Communicate with dispatch as directed, even when at home to receive dispatch information
Sleep in the sleeper bunk during all overnight breaks
Arrive at all appointments on time and assist in loading and unloading as assigned
Backhaul product or return to domicile locations as directed
Communicate with Terminal Transport for direction on breakdowns, accidents, product spills, emergencies, delays and all other problems that will affect customer service
Fuel vehicle as needed at approved locations
Prepare trip reports and DOT logs correctly, neatly and accurately every day
Be responsible for cash advances from the company by obtaining receipts for all expenses
Participate in the Terminal Transport safety program as directed
Comply with all DOT and FMCSR regulations
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Always demonstrate sound judgment in operation of the vehicle
Work 60 -70 hours per week, within federal guidelines, including nights away from home
Pull, twist, bend, and lift 75 pounds to shoulder height as required to perform essential functions
Have the ability to climb in and out of the tractor and into the trailer for all inspections as required
Sit for up to 11 hours per day
Drive vehicle and load/unload in extreme winter and summer temperatures and all conditions
