This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney who will be responsible for handling all aspects of consumer bankruptcy work including client consultations, court representation, court filings as well as other ancillary legal work.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
