With one of the industry's best reputations and a consistent pipeline of projects across Chicago, this General Contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager with 7-20 years of experience as they continue to expand in '26.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects valued up to $10M+.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Oversee project teams including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate closely with architectural and engineering teams within the integrated AEC environment.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to oversee project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Position Overview
We're seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee installation projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with design and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working outdoors, and is passionate about delivering exceptional landscapes and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and installation timelines
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout construction
Team Leadership
- Lead and support installation crews and project support staff
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
- Conduct training sessions related to safety, equipment, and installation best practices
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction process
- Provide clear communication regarding project timelines, progress, and expectations
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional service and responsiveness
Operations Coordination
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency
- Procure materials and coordinate resources necessary for project execution

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience, preferably in construction or installation

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar programs)
