Who You Are
Required:
- A Bachelorβs degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, though an Associate degree or CDA will be considered.
- A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in early childhood education.
- State-specific Director qualifications for New Jersey.
- Documented experience working with children, references are required.
- Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
Preferred
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
- Bilingual or experience with special education.

Political Affairs Internship:
The role focuses on making poverty a focus of U.S., Canadian and U.K. foreign policy. This is a part-time 12-hours per week, 12 week, unpaid remote internship. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program in fewer weeks.

Leading public and political outreach in your state and district.

Salary and Bonus Information: This role is eligible for a $5,000 bonus as well as up to $5,000 for relocation expenses! New-to-Mastery Assistant Principals can expect a starting salary between $106,600 and $123,500, based on experience and education.
The full salary range for this role is $106,600 to $135,000, with opportunities for growth as your career progresses.
