Our client is seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.

Duties:

• Respond to and manage facility work orders through a centralized management system, phone, and email
• Ensure timely processing of requests in accordance with service level expectations
• Review, assess, and categorize incoming work orders for proper handling
• Communicate directly with site managers to gather details and provide troubleshooting support
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve maintenance issues
• Monitor multiple service queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
• Identify and resolve issues within the work order tracking system
• Schedule preventative maintenance, warranty services, and other facility-related activities
• Provide training and guidance to users on submitting and managing work orders

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for managing incoming shipments, including temperature checks, accurate logging, and proper storage or distribution of goods. This role ensures all loading docks are covered based on daily delivery schedules and supports inventory management, food safety, and compliance. On non-delivery days helping oversee daily operations and coordination with other team leads.

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform and log temperature checks of all perishable goods upon arrival, following HACCP guidelines and company standards.
• Store food and supplies in proper containers and designated storage areas according to safety and spoilage-prevention protocols.
• Inventory and maintain necessary food and supply levels for uninterrupted Food Service operations.
• Date, label, and rotate stock per company guidelines, ensuring oldest inventory is used first (FIFO).
• Order food and supplies per product specifications using company-approved procedures and ordering systems.

Overview:

The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting with the receipt, processing, and organization of inventory at the cannabis retail store. This role includes ensuring products are received and logged correctly, assisting with daily counts, and maintaining the organization of all inventory storage areas.
