As a Director of Social Work you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Social Work is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.
As the Director of Social Work:
- You are responsible for management of the Social Work and Group Therapy Departments.
- You will advocate for the interests and safety of the patients and department members while acting in accordance with compliance regulations.
- You are required to provide supervision, as needed and appropriate, to any department member requiring guidance, as well as any department member eligible for licensure, as required by that specific licensure board.
- You will conduct monthly group supervision of each department, regardless of member licensure status.
- You will attend any internal or external meetings as required by the senior leadership team or department members requiring additional support.
The Director of Social Work will have the following:
- LICSW required.
- Minimal 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting.
- Minimal 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Valid CPR certification preferred.
- Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record, including Medsphere/Vista

Bilingual HR Coordinator
Location: Fully on-site, Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25-27/hour
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resumes and schedule interviews for open positions
- Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Follow up with employees regarding missing or expiring documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files while ensuring confidentiality
- Track training and compliance requirements
- Answer phone calls and assist employees and applicants
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and HR documentation
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 3+ years of administrative experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must pass a background check

Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be
- Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.
- Oversee the pharmacy department's operations, including scheduling, continuous assessment, and the implementation of process improvements to optimize department performance.
- Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
