- Receive and prepare and/or delegate food orders for a specific type of cuisine (according to assigned restaurant) according to memorized standard recipes.
- Coordinate orders for pick-up.
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
- Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
- Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.

Precis Engineering is seeking a Structural Engineer with 4 years or more of experience in hi-tech buildings and life-science building markets. This individual must have a strong engineering background and an understanding of building structural design and documentation from concept design through complete construction-issued documentation as well as experience in construction duration coordination with contractors.
The individual will be a structural design engineer for commercial, industrial, institutional and life science design projects working in design of cGMP spaces.Work will be conducted under the direction of the structural department director and act as the structural project lead coordinating with other discipline leads.

- You will lay out shell, deck and bulkhead plates, I-beams, channels, angles, pipe and round bar and various other structural shapes, gun rings, struts, framing and various foundation structures and other parts from blueprints and templates.
- You will cut and shape plates, beams and other heavy metal structural shapes, using various shop machinery.
- You will use precision tooling such as micrometers, feeler gauges and torque wrenches for meeting required tolerances per technical work documents when required.
- You will report to supervisors on the status and progress of work, nature of work delays and answer questions on overall work operations and problems.

Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Uphold and exceed expectations for food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards
- Lead, train, and develop a large BOH team to maintain consistency and performance
- Remain hands-on on the line, ensuring quality and execution during service
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control (food cost & labor)
- Maintain strong organization, prep systems, and kitchen structure
- Step in to manage the kitchen and team in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Collaborate with leadership to execute menu standards and operational goals
- 3+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills and a true passion for food quality and guest experience
- Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
