The Nurse Extern delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN), the Nurse Extern assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the Nurse Extern's skills/training and the needs of the Department, and consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment. The Nurse Extern is currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of nursing and can perform higher-level procedures once competency is achieved. The Nurse Extern may also be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a temporary Graduate Permit issued by the NCBON. The temporary permit is for North Carolina only (a single state license). The temporary Graduate Permit is time limited until the graduate can take the NCLEX and complete the fingerprint background check for full licensure.

What qualifications you will need:

Overview

We are seeking a driven and team-oriented Preconstruction Manager to lead and manage the preconstruction phase of our commercial construction projects across healthcare, education and municipality. The ideal candidate brings both estimating expertise and real-world operations experience, working side-by-side with our Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the preconstruction process, including budgeting, estimating, preconstruction, scheduling, and client coordination, with full ownership of deliverables.

Partner closely with Operations teams throughout preconstruction to align on scope, logistics, constructability, staffing, construction scheduling and execution strategy.

Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, milestone tracking, and client facing deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Identify and resolve supplier quality and delivery problems together with the Quality department.

• Remain current on economic, industrial and other trends that may affect prices and market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to organize pickups/deliveries of goods/logistics knowledge
