We are partnering with an client that focuses on originating, acquiring and developing renewable energy projects throughout the US. They have commercialized more than 1,000 MW of operating wind and solar projects, plus an active development project pipeline of more than 5 GW.

We are looking for either a Real Estate Paralegal (or could flex to someone who has been in a Specialist seat) to support both the Development and Legal team, under the support of the Chief Legal Officer.

Day to day – Admin support, title work, leasing preparation and filing, document drafting, managing document filing, renewable notices, providing support in managing real estate portfolio for renewable projects and ad hoc support needed for the Development / wider Legal team.

Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or site selection, with a significant portion focused on renewable energy projects (wind).
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex land agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents, surveys, and technical reports.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) and other mapping tools for site analysis.

Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Inventory Planner I to support network distribution inventory planning. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing the inventory replenishment system, maintaining inventory data, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure inventory security. This role involves moderate complexity assignments and offers an opportunity to grow within supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data relevant to network distribution planning, including capacity, constraints, logistics, supplier, master, and location data.
• Provide inventory plans for assigned products or locations within the planning process.
• Manage network inventory in alignment with set inventory planning metrics and targets.
• Generate and execute cycle and safety stock plans for assigned products or locations using approved supply plans.
• Handle basic issues under direct supervision and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Zero years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of supply chain planning experience.
• At least 1 year of SAP MRP experience.

Compensation Pay Range: $11.13 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
• Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.
• Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

Desired:

• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
• ASE certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
