A leading automotive company is seeking an Employment Paralegal to support its Labor and Employment Legal team at its corporate headquarters in Dearborn, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong employment litigation, discovery, and legal research experience to work directly with attorneys and cross-functional business partners in a fast-paced, in-house environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support employment litigation matters, including discovery management, drafting responses to interrogatories, and coordinating document productions
- Assist attorneys with administrative charges filed with the EEOC and state and local human rights agencies
- Partner closely with Employment Legal attorneys, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to gather facts and documents for legal assessments
- Conduct legal research on federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA)
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including settlement agreements, separation agreements, and internal memoranda
- Manage legal holds and ensure proper preservation of evidence related to employment litigation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies required
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience supporting employment law matters as a Paralegal (law firm or in-house)
- Hands-on experience managing discovery and eDiscovery processes
- Strong legal research and writing skills (Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Position: Service Analyst (Service Parts/Aftermarket)
Location: Canton, MI - Onsite

The Service Analyst is responsible for releasing and managing the requirements and availability of materials for production of service orders, as well as maintaining inventory levels for the service parts organization. Must maintain and adhere to the IATF 16949 requirements. This position reports directly to the Materials Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Manage part availability, schedule and fulfill customer orders from multiple OEM's worldwide.
- Pull in all service releases from customers (via EDI, supplier web sites, fax, etc.).
- Control incoming/outgoing Service shipments.
- Ensure DDL/SNC Maintenance for Ford Customer Service Division.

The AR/VR Systems Engineer will lead the development of an advanced Augmented Reality (AR) situational‐awareness system for automotive applications. This role merges expertise across 3D rendering, computer vision, AR device geometry, and cloud‐based AR content delivery, supporting all tasks outlined in the SODW—including 3D representation evaluation, depth estimation, precise AR rendering, and connected AR experiences.
• Analyse AR HUD or wearable AR device optical geometry, field of view (FOV), and eye box constraints.
• Model human eye positions and develop 3D geometric alignment methods.
• Build calibration procedures and demos showcasing visibility boundaries.
3D AR Content Rendering Development
• Develop and optimize rendering pipelines using 3D representations such as Point Clouds, Meshes, 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), and NeRF.
• Evaluate performance for automotive AR targets (e.g., 1080p @ 30 FPS).
• Compare computational and communication costs and recommend the best representation format.
Precise 3D Content Placement in Real World View
• Implement algorithms to compute object depth and 3D world location using:
o Camera detections
o High-definition maps
o Depth sensors
• Ensure AR elements are rendered at correct 3D positions and orientations within the user's FOV.
Connected AR Experience & Cloud Integration
• Develop a proof of concept Edge/Cloud service to respond with 3D AR content based on current vehicle context (GPS, camera).
• Handle metadata-driven 3D asset placement in real time AR views.
• Optimize communication overhead for streaming 3D content.
System Integration & Technical Delivery
• Integrate cloud, perception, and rendering components into a unified AR system.
• Support device level testing (AR HUDs or wearable AR devices).
• Deliver demos, software builds, source code, and documentation according to GM expectations.
Required Technical Skills
• Strong background in 3D graphics: OpenGL, Vulkan, Unity, Unreal, CUDA, compute shaders.
• Deep understanding of 3D data structures: Point Cloud, Mesh, NeRF, 3D Gaussian Splatting.

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
