About the Position:
/n/n
Hub Group Final Mile is looking for an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hook up. Appliances being installed can range from refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.

Responsibilities:
/n/n
/n/t
- Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances
/n/t
- Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances
/n/t
- Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc
/n/t
- Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
/n/t
- Provide a two-person delivery team

We are currently looking for a Service Technician/Driver at our Sturgeon Bay Plat .

* *Must possess and maintain a valid CDL B drivers license, tanker endorsement and Hazmat*
* *Maintain a valid DOT physical card*
Install, repair and maintain propane equipment such as pumps, regulators, and vaporizers. Set, repair, and maintain tanks and cylinders, install outside and inside lines, conduct system tests, and perform system inspections.
Purge propane cylinders and tanks, fill storage containers and perform basic outside leak repair.
* Be capable of repeatedly climbing in and out of the cab, dragging a petroleum filled hose several feet and walking on top of a petroleum tank.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads gasoline, oil and propane products to and from specified destinations.
* Complete daily and monthly paperwork requirements in order to ensure compliance with company standards and protection of its assets 100% of the time.
* Constantly work in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to oil and/or propane fumes and the elements.
* Be capable of maneuvering equipment and materials in excess of 300 pounds with use of proper mechanical devices and/or additional man power.
HAZMAT CDL DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver propane to our customer base.
* Follow route and time schedule that is provided by the Dispatcher on a daily basis.
* Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle in accordance with company standards.
* Inform customers of new products and services.
* Complete logs and reports according to company standards, policies and procedures.
* Participate in any required job training and/or certifications and safety meetings.
Professional and Customer Friendly Attitude Class B CDL Haz Mat Endorsement, Good Driving Record. Must have industry experience, either as a driver or a technician

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
