This leader will set standards for what "great" looks like in hardware product management, lead experienced product managers responsible for major product lines, and oversee a Hardware Product Design Lead who ensures technical design execution aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or related leadership roles, including 5+ years managing multiple product lines.
• Direct experience in retail POS hardware and technology (terminals, kiosks, vending machines, cashless payment systems).
• Strong market knowledge of components, devices, and emerging technologies relevant to retail hardware.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Job Summary

As an Outside Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify potential customers, and generate revenue by promoting our trench shoring equipment rental solutions. A community based Senior Skills Trainer for our Personal Care Attendant Program. The Skills Trainer will educate consumers on how to successfully manage their consumer-directed hands-on care. The Senior Skills Trainer will also be primarily responsible for other skills training department wide tasks and processes.

• Major problems requiring skills training
• Consumer status updates
• Intake, Quarterly and Annual Reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Skills Trainer Supervisor

• Experience providing services for people with disabilities and knowledge of PCA programs is preferred.
• Experience or education in teaching or counseling is helpful.
• Knowledge of community resources and social service systems is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to navigate databases.
• Specialized training provided as needed.
