Sales oriented position requiring advanced communication skills and a thorough knowledge of insurance products available through the agency. Capable of aggressively pursuing and closing sales of new and existing commercial lines accounts and retaining book of commercial lines business. Value oriented selling process. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve minimum sales and other objectives as agreed upon.
- New business growth adequate to maintain and grow overall account.
- Develop and maintain pipeline of prospects which will allow for achievement of sales and retention goals.
- Develop value proposition which encompasses personal skills and tools provided by Marshall & Sterling.
- Collect detailed risk and underwriting information.
- Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance utilizing Marshall & Sterling's online system.
- Follow renewal workflows to ensure retention of accounts.
- Refer clients and prospects to other divisions of Marshall & Sterling.
- Delegate client service needs appropriately.
- Establish and follow through on appropriate service timelines on appropriate accounts.
- Attend all sales meetings as required.
- Collect premiums per established agency procedures.
- Follow agency E&O and workflow procedures to document activities and prevent errors and omissions losses.
- Effectively use the marketing, loss control and claims handling resources of the Agency to maximize the service provided to the client.
- Promote agency and insurance industry in the community.
- Obtain required continuing education credits.
- Maintain professional accreditation necessary to meet agency standards.
- Participate in continuing education programs when available.
- Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
- Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
- Promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.

Responsibilities:About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

As a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles that serve the Army in a variety of mission-critical roles. Career opportunities range from heating and cooling mechanics to vehicle mechanics who service aircraft, wheeled and tracked vehicles, heavy equipment and watercraft.

JOB DUTIES
- Tasked with keeping the Army's vehicles and machines in proper running order
