Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Leader

Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid)

Travel Requirement: Initial 2 months onsite in Switzerland (Mandatory)

Employment Type: Contract

Eligibility: Candidate Must be Authorized to work in US with Any sponsorships and should have no Travel constraints to Europe.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Leader to drive the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure across global environments. This role combines strategic leadership, solution architecture, and operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and direction

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead infrastructure solution design across cloud and on-prem environments
• Review and approve architecture, deployments, and technical decisions
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions

Operations & Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations (BAU)
• Manage critical incidents and escalations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor infrastructure teams across regions
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage dependencies
• Ensure alignment across distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure leadership roles

Strong expertise across:

• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
• Microsoft Stack: Wintel, O365
• Networking & Voice Infrastructure
• Storage & Backup Solutions
• Linux Systems
• End-User Computing (EUC)

Proven experience in:

• Infrastructure solution design and architecture
• Managing large-scale, global infrastructure environments
• Leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel internationally (Switzerland for initial 2 months)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global enterprise environments
