SUBMERGED ARC WELDER (2nd Shift)
Cimolai-HY is seeking experienced Submerged Arc Welders. A skilled professional position specializing in joining pieces of steel together using submerged arc welding. The welder's primary responsibility is to ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded metal components and that their welds meet or exceed industry standards. A Submerged Arc Welder performs welding tasks using the submerged arc welding process, which involves feeding a continuous electrode wire into the welding area while a flux covers the weld. Ensure proper setup of welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding parameters such as voltage, current, and wire feed speed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a formal welding training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Certification in AWS welding processes preferred.

You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Shipping: You'll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You'll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

Clinical and Administrative Split: (.7T Clinical and .4 Administrative)
- The Chair is responsible for the leadership and coordination of the Service Line across the six hospitals and all ambulatory service sites.
- The Chair will interface with other System leaders to integrate emergency care and oncall coverage and facilitate resources as appropriate for full cross continuum care.
- The Chair will work in partnership with the Vice President, Orthopedic, and Musculoskeletal Service Line. In this dyad relationship, both the Chair and the Vice President will lead planning and implementation of strategic initiatives within the service line, enhance practice protocols, advise on value based care strategies, as well as equipment acquisitions.
- Develop and oversee performance measures that build on and improve the CH system.
- The Chair will also be responsible for interfacing with referring physicians to promote the Musculoskeletal Service Line.
- The Chair and the Vice President, working in collaboration with regional and local executive and hospital leadership will set strategic vision to ensure execution for the Service Line.
- The Chair will have accountability for the Service Line’s clinical care delivery, recruitment, research growth, educational programs and community service. He/She will also be responsible for the transformation of the Service Line into the Musculoskeletal Institute at CH.

- Establish staff and physician recruitment strategy based on budget and volume needs, including succession planning.

Position Description:
• Provide care for patients admitted to the psychiatric services
• Work with team members in an environment dedicated to support and faculty development
• Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a health system

• This role will be part of the larger division of Hospital Medicine in our Downtown campus and health system
• Compensation range from 180K to 340K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
Position Qualifications:
• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York State Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
