Job Description Responsibilities: Effectively plan and schedule and conduct cycle counts/ workload, etc.
Train and mentor facility team members on proper inventory processes and procedures.
Course correct where applicable.
Reviews Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reconciles discrepancies as needed.
Performs adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct financial errors.
Manages all errors queues including ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow and ZINV.
Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary.
Monitor completeness and accuracy of inventory transactions.
Handle and investigate service failures and customer complaints, also known as OSI’s.

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

Job Title: Supervisor, Fleet Operations
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient fleet of vehicles to support the business. The incumbent ensures proper use and care of physical assets, helps to prevent equipment failures, controls costs, manages external vendor relationships, works closely with auto mechanics and internal customers. This role also supports automotive safety and regulatory compliance by conducting facility audits, following up on issues, and coordinating safety/regulatory training. Vendor related duties include verifying external-vendor repairs, preparing repair orders/estimates and reviewing Fleet system reports for anomalies.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the authorized individual to make purchases for multiple locations and departments within defined limits.
- Manage the full purchasing lifecycle: gathering requests, coding expenses correctly, obtaining internal approvals, and ensuring timely submission to Accounts Payable.
- Maintain and improve internal purchasing processes, including documentation, workflows, and approval chains.
- Build and manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and discounts with vendors to identify and capture cost‑savings opportunities (not a centralized procurement role, but focused on smart purchasing).
- Monitor purchasing‑related KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery, pricing variance, vendor performance) and provide regular updates to ownership/management.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, mining, and manufacturing teams to understand operational needs and timelines.
- Ensure invoices are properly matched to POs, coded, and delivered to AP for processing in a timely manner.
- Travel between company locations, approximately 45 minutes away) few times per week; a company vehicle or compensation will be provided for business travel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in logistics, mining, manufacturing, or similarly operational environments.
- Strong track record in vendor negotiation and securing favorable terms and discounts.
- Comfortable working in a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” environment with teams that may not be tech‑savvy, and able to simplify and clarify processes.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and AP workflows (POs, coding, invoice matching).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- SAGE ERP is a + , Bilingual is a + but not needed.
