Responsibilities: As a Permanent Test Technician, you will be responsible for: 1.
Conducting routine tests and inspections on products to ensure they meet the established standards and specifications.

Using your expertise in Soldering, Through Hole, and SMT to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.
3.
Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to the testing procedures and processes.
4.
Documenting and reporting on testing results, providing detailed and accurate information on any defects or issues identified.
5.
Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
6.
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
7.
Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Technician in the manufacturing industry.
2.
Proven expertise in Soldering, Through Hole, and SMT.
3.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
4.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify even the smallest of defects or issues.
5.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6.
A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
7.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
