Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to management for decision making purposes.
2.
Support the FP&A team in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
3.
Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
4.
Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
5.
Analyze and interpret financial data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
6.
Help create and present financial performance reports for internal stakeholders including management and department heads.
7.
Compile and analyze pricing, budgeting, and forecast data across teams.
8.
Conduct cost structure analysis and provide input into pricing strategy and margin optimization 9.
You will perform root cause analysis and ad hoc financial analysis.
10.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial data in systems and databases.
11.
Support general accounting and transaction validations, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
12.
Collect and validate compensation-related data & support the calculation and distribution of performance-based bonuses and commissions.
13.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience (internships or relevant coursework acceptable).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Familiar with SQL; comfortable querying relational databases is a plus Exposure to ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or Power BI is a plus.
