At the administrative direction of the Radiation Oncology Operations Supervisor, and the clinical direction of the Radiation Oncologist, the Radiation Oncology Registered Nurse works with the Oncologist and other Radiation Oncology staff to assess and respond to the specialized nursing needs of radiation therapy patients.

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is located on our 5th floor and accommodates 34 residents. Our facility serves a diverse range of patients, spanning from middle-aged adults to geriatric residents. We maintain a balance between long-term care and subacute care, striving for a ratio of 14 short-stay patients to 20 long-term residents. Our short-stay patients typically stay with us for 1 to 6 weeks on average, receiving specialized care for conditions such as sepsis, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, and wound care. For our subacute population, we provide a spectrum of skilled nursing and therapy services, including wound care with advanced techniques like wound vacuums, antibiotic therapy, and comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our long-term residents exhibit a wide range of needs, from those requiring minimal assistance with daily activities to others who rely completely on our care and support. Working with us offers a unique experience where healthcare professionals form meaningful relationships with patients. What you’ll do:

- Reports reinspection/audit findings on estimate accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors) for corporate score cards.
- Assesses the health of property estimating through participation in ad-hoc and market audits, working closely with Claims stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides objective, proactive, and actionable feedback of Physical Damage (PD) policy, procedures and regulations to the Claims Stakeholders and Third-Party vendors.
- Creates awareness and drives understanding of Property adjusting and estimating procedures by delivering a work product that is consistent and compliant with policy, procedures, and regulations to Claims Stakeholders.
- Serves as a Property Adjusting SME on property estimating through post audit calibration meetings, ride-a-longs with other Property employees inspecting property, training materials, Property Director teleconferences and Property Champion teleconferences.
- Applies expert knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, USAA property estimate/repair process and procedures.
- Provides support for the presentation, discussion, and auditing of diagnostic estimates within key regional markets, contributing to the assessment of estimate quality. During a catastrophe, or post event, performs property reinspections for catastrophe claims with a minimum of 28 consecutive days during the catastrophe event or post event. Requires working time requirement of 7 consecutive days, 7:00AM 7:00PM, member time.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you’ll have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- 2 years relevant property field adjusting experience.
- Experience writing estimates in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
- Knowledge and experience of property claims contracts.

Essential Job Functions
- Monitors and assesses company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assists as needed or assigned
- Provides support with the intake process and admission decisions
- Facilitates virtual training for newly hired/rehired/promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager when position is vacant
- Act as mentor for new Clinical Managers

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
- Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
- Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience is required
- Valid and acceptable driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Travel by car between regional offices will be required

Partner with Outside Developers to drive sales through program compliance at all account sites

Collaborate with Revenue Management Team on specific opportunities to make discretionary pricing decisions based on knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential, as well as pass BPIs based on contract language
Exhibit high level of business acumen and sales methodologies to discover incremental opportunities and align with the customers' vision and initiatives (ex: Expertise of customer industry buying process and ability to support product selection and standardization of products assortments.
Engage CSM to manage customer experience and complete customer maintenance requests.
Establishes and maintains business management relationships with the senior executive team members within customer base.
Experience in Education, State & Local Government beneficial but not a requirement
Experience and proven track record of managing programs or business development
