Day to day:

Cleaning Inpatient areas and common areas including utility rooms, pantry's, waiting areas, staff break rooms, medication rooms, and storage rooms Brief disinfecting of 11-18 patient rooms and deep cleans of 3-4 discharge rooms (when a patient checks out they clean everything in sight- surfaces, floors, walls, etc.) per day. Ensuring patient rooms are stocked of paper towels, tissues, wipes, etc. Interact with patients and clinicians in the units

As the BIM Manager at Aria, you will be the firm-wide leader driving innovation and consistency in our digital design processes. This role is central to elevating how we integrate technology into our architectural work by ensuring seamless collaboration, empowering teams with tools and training, and supporting our transition to more advanced modeling systems. Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Revit and manages the transition of projects from AutoCAD to Revit to improve upon our current BIM standards.
• Further develop, evolve, and enforce the Company’s current BIM standards.
• Supports current use of Revit and implements methods of improved efficiency.
• Provide Revit/BIM management, leadership, model management, and support for the firm’s projects.
• Work closely with project teams on developing BIM implementations plans, project startup methods and workflow strategies, especially with outside consultants for model sharing.
• Assist project teams with advanced Revit modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts.
• Manages and organizes Revit detail and family libraries for use between projects.
• Develop and implement Revit standards, and coordinates standards for specific project requirements.
• Ensure 3D models produce drawings and usable data that reflect the intent of the design.
• Assists troubleshooting and resolution of Revit/BIM application issues.
• Provides Revit/BIM application training to staff and develops tools and resources to assist staff in developing their BIM knowledge.
• Reviews and implements new versions of BIM software and develops customized solutions as required.
• Provides oversight and leadership to BIM Coordinators in each studio.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through daily interactions with the project team, clients, partners, and the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Functional expertise in Revit workflows and problem solving withing the architectural industry.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the architecture industry
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revit or BIM Specialist
• Experience with Naviworks and/or Dynamo preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and Revit family creation.
• Availability to work in office 4 days per week/1 day remote.

Manage facility MEP design build and design build projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced technology (semi-conductor), food & beverage, and industrial operations

Work with engineers, architects, designers, and other technical professionals in the office and at project sites

Lead project execution and design through the entire project life cycle, from concept to construction to start-up activities

Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents

Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, changes, and risk

Proactively and collaboratively solve design problems

Evaluate project progress and adjust critical path for scope completion and budget adherence

Manage client communications and expectations

Coordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs); ensure compliance with building codes

A working knowledge of a broad range of engineering disciplines including civil/site work, structural, architectural, mechanical systems (refrigeration, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, hot water, domestic water, compressed air, plumbing, HVAC), and electrical power distribution

Plant engineering experience (preferred)

Project execution experience of projects within an A/E/C design firm

Experience with facility utility design projects for manufacturing and distribution clients

The ability to execute presentations, manage client relationships, and successfully interact with team members

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project

A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions

A Bachelor of Science in mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural engineering

A professional engineer (PE) licensure or a registered architect (RA) licensure (preferred)
