Experience with Infection Prevention protocols as they relate to working in a hospital setting during construction.
Attends all Design and Construction Meetings on Senior Project Manager assigned projects.
Develop construction meeting minutes unless the Architect or General Contractor has agreed to develop meeting minutes.
Attend and develop all internal VPH Bi-Weekly Construction Meetings and provided written updates on assigned projects.
Identifies potential risks and develops & implements a mitigation plan.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
LICENSURES/CERTIFICATION:
Must successfully complete and maintain LA City Fire Card certification at the time of hire or within the first 30 days of employment.
PMP- Project Management Professional is preferred.
MUST HAVES:
All required licensures, certifications, mandatory education; along with periodic HealthScreen assignment modules that cover clinical and non-clinical Hospital based knowledge and annual occupational health screenings must be completed prior to the expiration date or by the end of the month in which they are due. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (These are the essential job functions for this position. The essential functions of this job include, but may not be limited to those listed in this job description. Assemble and manage a project team of internal and external professionals that can operate a lean, efficient, and effective manner.
Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates with the Manager- Construction Department and Senior Leadership team to fully understand and define the scope of work of prospective projects to meet the standards of the projects brands as it relates to the impact on project costs and schedules.
Ensure the project plan, scope, work structure, schedule, resources, and budget are monitored regularly and maintained by all involved parties (e.g., consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, etc.)
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and ensure that all relevant processes are followed on projects. Provide excellent communication with all users and stakeholders on a regular basis and budget their time and commitment to receive the appropriate operational feedback and input regarding any changes, concerns, and updates throughout the project.
Oversees and coordinates planning, design, design phase estimating and monitoring of construction by the Architect/Engineers on the project to ensure its delivery is in accordance with construction the contract and VPH requirements and standards. Collaborates with design and construction professionals from various disciplines to ensure successful integration of design, construction, development of drawings and specifications that ensure successful delivery of the project within scope, schedule, and budget.
Manages the process of furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation.
Manage the purchasing of the FFE and equipment for assigned projects.
Manage mover and installations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Provide specifications for space planning to include FFE layout, standards for material selection and adherence to compliance code for ADA Standards or other ruling jurisdictions.

· Primarily an inside building/office environment, well lighted and ventilated, which may consist of multiple treatment and/or work sites.

The VP, Treasury Management (TM) Product Manager serves as the strategic and operational owner of assigned Treasury Management products, providing full lifecycle leadership and direction. This role drives product strategy based on bank objectives, client needs, market insights, and innovative thinking. The position emphasizes new product development and roadmap execution while also overseeing day‑to‑day product management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage FX product capabilities activities
- Establish required processes, assess inherited risks, and develop policies, procedures and controls to mitigate risks
- Implement and provide ongoing management and monitoring of the FX Ops and processes
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of FX products including SPOT, derivatives (Forwards, Windows, NDFs, SWAPs, Vanilla Options), FX deposits, interbank trading, international payments, settlement processes, and risk mitigation
- Lead day-to-day FX operations activities to meet established goals and appropriate turnaround time to meet regulatory requirements for time sensitive activities
- Monitor productivity and proactively implement process improvements to ensure service quality, service level agreements and Operational Excellence
- Establish and implement KRI and KPI metrics for tracking operational efficiency improvement
- Implement processes to ensure that FX Operations complies with all federal, state, local laws and internal Bank policies
- Perform periodic review of all processes including 3rd party vendor processing and audit of their process
- Respond to internal and external audit requests and findings and implement remediation actions to any identified noncompliant processes or areas of concern
- Perform all project duties as assigned by management
- Participate and assist in new FX department initiatives involving technology, new products and improving client delivery of services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- CTP certification, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ exposure to FX Operations and all FX related products
- Advance knowledge of Foreign Exchange products and transactions and Deposit Account regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong FX Operations knowledge
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with accomplishment of efficiency gains/cost savings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization including senior management
- Excellent decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build effective relationships internally with multiple business units
