About the Company: We are an outpatient therapy company with a focus on injured workers. This is an outpatient orthopedic clinic and a division of rehabilitation-based care. We believe in our business model and think that we provide an outstanding service to our patients. PT's and PTA's that join us are welcome and rewarded for help grown the business.

About the Role: PTA's who can manage a unique case load (not heavy) but also focus on helping grow an existing brand. Ideally, the candidates needs to be energetic, an excellent communicator, and have good team skills. This person would directly benefit in terms of bonus/incentive from the growth of the service line. Must be creative in your approach to treatment protocols and have a good sense of responsibility. An entrepreneurial spirit is certainly an advantage in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a unique case load.
• Focus on helping grow an existing brand.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Develop creative treatment protocols.

Qualifications:

• CAPTE-accredited PTA program (associate degree)
• A master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• A minimum of three years of outpatient physical therapy experienced preferred
• Experience dealing with injured workers is a plus.
• Currently active license in the state of Virginia preferred.

• Dependent on role - Sign-on bonus is available
