Controls Technician

Hours: 1st Shift - 7am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri
Pay: $24-$36

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, maintain, and upgrade various process control equipment.

• Install enclosures, conduits, raceways, sensors, controls, and HMI systems.

• Calibrate production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and maintain controls for compressed air, boilers, HVAC, security, and access systems.

• Collaborate with subcontractors on power distribution, building controls, and security systems.

• Follow safety protocols and documentation requirements, including CPI cGMP standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of power distribution, PLC automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with troubleshooting HVAC, boiler controls, or security systems.

• Familiarity with GMP requirements and safety Data Sheets (SDS).

• Prior experience with PLC programming or automation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
