Role Overview
The Integration Architect defines, designs, and governs enterprise integration architecture standards across AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and on-prem systems. This consultant creates scalable integration blueprints, reusable patterns, and secure connectivity frameworks that ensure interoperability, reliability, and domain-aligned data exchange. The role partners closely with domain teams, platform engineering, API management teams, and enterprise architecture to accelerate delivery while maintaining architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Standards & Governance
- Define and maintain enterprise standards for API design, event schemas, messaging patterns, and integration of contracts.
- Establish integration governance across AWS, Azure, MS Fabric, and on-prem systems.
- Define patterns for ADS (Authorized Data Sources) alignment, data contracts, schema evolution, and anchor key management.
- Enforce adherence to enterprise security principles, including OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, TLS, Zero Trust patterns.
Blueprints & Reference Architecture
- Build and maintain unified enterprise integration architecture blueprints spanning cloud, Fabric, and on prem connectivity.
- Create domain specific and cross domain integration flow maps, canonical API patterns, and event driven reference architectures.
- Align AWS, Azure, MS Fabric, and on-prem patterns under Unified Architecture.
Reusable Patterns & Engineering Enablement
- Develop reusable integration patterns for:
- AWS: API Gateway, Event Bridge, SNS/SQS, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lake Formation, Kinesis, AWS Batch, AWS ECR, AWS ECS Fargate.
- Azure: APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory (all IR types), Azure Synapse Pipelines, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Batch, Azure Data Explorer ingestion.
- MS Fabric: Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse ingestion interfaces, Fabric Data Pipelines, Notebook-based ETL, Warehouse ingestion.
- On prem: MFT, MQ, legacy services.
- Provide templates for API contracts, event schemas, integration error handling, observability hooks, and resiliency patterns.
Metadata, ADS, & Anchor Key Integration
- Define integration patterns incorporating ADS rules, domain ownership, and anchor key management for interoperability.
- Ensure all integration patterns embed security, observability, lineage awareness, and operational resiliency.
- Collaborate with data governance to ensure consistent entity resolution and cross?domain identifier mapping.
Domain Engagement & Architecture Review
- Guide domain teams in implementing target state integration architectures.
- Lead or participate in architecture reviews for API designs, event models, platform integrations, and connectivity.
- Recommend modernization opportunities to retire from legacy integration mechanisms and adopt event-driven/API?first models.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 8-12+ years in integration architecture, API engineering, event-driven design, or hybrid integration.
- Strong hands-on expertise across:

Main responsibilities
Build Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines

How You'll Contribute:
TheProject Operations Field Implementation Manager, Canada is responsible for onsite guidance and oversight of multiple specific projects. Oversight of 10- 15+ Diversified Technicians subcontractors at any given time, is responsible for enforcing standards and processes that increase the quality, velocity, and efficiency for the team. This position is the onsite point for customer escalation and the face of Diversified during the implementation phase on key projects. What You'll Do:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as Site Superintendent on high profile projects, acting as a single point of contact for onsite teams (Field Engineers, Technicians, Subcontractors, etc.); passing and filtering information to the Project Manager.
- Assist in addressing performance of onsite resources and associates.
- Training - Termination, mechanical, client interface and other aspects of Diversified installation standards.
- First point of escalation for Field Issues with the client.
- Empowered to defuse and resolve onsite client issues.
- Verification and enforcement for onsite performance and productivity standards, providing feedback for reviews and training plans.
- Provide onsite support for integration issues.

- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. We are looking for an experienced Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Regulation and Premarket Notification (PMN) Expert to join our dynamic team!
As a Regulatory Affairs Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs Product Safety (RAPS) team reporting directly to the Global Chemical Innovation Service organization and functionally to the North American and you will be based in Ridgedale, New Jersey, working 4 days onsite and 1 day from home a week.
You will navigate and ensure compliance with chemical regulations in the United States and Canada and and work with external partners, internal customers and regional regulatory bodies on Regulatory matters. You will bring your expertise to the team and to our customer, to leverage true business partnership opportunities for our Business. You will also be an important contributor to our customer relationships to deliver the best technical consulting to our key B2B customers.
In this exciting role you will:
- Ensure compliance with chemical regulations, including TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), FIFRA in the US and CEPA (Canadian Environmental Protection Act) in Canada.
- Stay informed of changes in chemical legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
- Manage the PMN process for new chemical substances in both US and Canadian markets.
- Prepare and submit PMN dossiers to appropriate regulatory bodies, monitoring their progress and addressing any inquiries.

- Providing general administrative services to teams, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones
- Coordinating and scheduling office events, including recruiting, internal events and external client events as needed. Duties to include booking conference rooms, ordering food, printing documents, coordinating interview schedules, liaising with building services, and greeting visitors
- Assisting the Private Wealth Management Team in servicing clients, with a focus on operational excellence and customer service

Position Overview:
UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic analyst to join our Customer Engagement Center. This individual will be responsible for finding ways to improve the overall customer experience based on Voice Of Customer (VOC). We expect this person to represent our current and future customers, working directly with management, and key department leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries, various types of feedback. and related data.
- Report to management and department leaders with suggestions on how to improve customer experience when working with logistics-related inquiries.
- Understand customer voices, identify and work closely with business stakeholders both internal and external to troubleshoot customer pain points with the customer experience with efficiency.
- Ownership to resolve customer issues including responding to customer inquiries and creating/updating SOP.
- Continuously work with CEC team members to streamline and improve the customer experience and operations efficiencies within CEC.
- Be able to take the lead as necessary, including customer support, in order to investigate the actual situation and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigation teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
- Is up to date and understanding of industry fraud trends

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, preferable areas of study are: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Customer Service or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint as well as similar tools
- Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.

Our client, a well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate to join their Philadelphia area team.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of general liability defense experience (auto, premises liability, etc.). This is a partnership track position.
During training, this position is hybrid remote (2 days on site per week). After training, there is potential for the position to be primarily or fully remote.
Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ. PA admission is preferred but not required.
