This position supports a busy trademark practice managing domestic and international trademark portfolios for a diverse client base. The role will involve a combination of substantive trademark paralegal work and certain practice-support responsibilities as the firm's trademark practice continues to expand. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys with trademark clearance searching, USPTO prosecution, portfolio management, maintenance filings, and trademark enforcement matters for both domestic and international clients.

Candidates must possess:

  • At least a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution
  • Trademark paralegal certificate or equivalent trademark experience in an intellectual property law firm or in-house trademark department

  • Assisting attorneys with trademark enforcement matters, including preparing cease and desist correspondence and related materials
  • Filing statements of use, affidavits of use, renewals and other related filings

Compensation range is $70,000 - $100,000. Compensation for the role of trademark paralegal will be assessed in the interview process and depend on other considerations such as experience and relevant skills sets.
