Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include but are not limited to:
General Accounting & Reconciliation:
- Analyze assigned general ledger accounts and related financial data.
- Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate.

- Monitor and report cash transactions within custodial accounts held at the State Treasury.

- Prepare weekly cash balance reports and process intra-fund transfers.
- Maintain and analyze transfer and EFT files, including projected vs. actual collections.
- Track Lottery Profits Education Fund transfers and perform liability/jackpot analyses.
Financial Reporting & Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) Support:
- Provide financial data from assigned accounts for inclusion in the ACFR.
- Research, organize, and edit financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities:

- Unload shipments from inbound trucks and package delivery services
- Verify shipments are in good condition and packing slips match the part and quantity received. Provide essential documentation to Assistant Plant Manager
- Store all parts in the appropriate warehouse area after they have been received
- Pull inventory from the warehouse and stage it at designated plant locations for daily production requirements
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
Work Environment: The work environment is an indoor factory with occasional outdoor work to meet delivery/shipping vehicles and/or retrieve inventory from adjacent storage areas.

Qualifications
Education
- Doctorate Degree Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with an unrestricted license (Required)
- Appointment with CWRU SOM at the level commensurate with experience (Required)
Work Experience
- Fellowship Training in some specialties (Required)

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling a wide range of electrical fastening products and components including but not limited to your hands, machinery, or various hand tools. Parts will be assembled in accordance with work instructions and blueprints/drawings. It will be your responsibility to complete regular, scheduled quality checks to ensure parts are being assembled up to nVent's standards.
What You Will Experience In This Position- Work individually or as part of a team to assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and/or package an entire product or component of a product according to Work Instructions.
- Completes work based on specifications, drawings, job routings, and/or Work Instructions.
- Selects and moves production materials as required.
- Maintains equipment and materials necessary to complete the operation.
- Meets established safety, quality, and performance standards to ensure production schedules are met.
- Records accurate information on Manufacturing Order and performs transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
- Complies with all applicable safety procedures, quality specifications, and 5S Standards. Reports adverse conditions, non-conforming products/procedures, and 5S violations to department leader in accordance to escalation procedure.
- Adheres to department 5S standards daily. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- In accordance with escalation procedure, notify team leader or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning safety, quality, equipment, operations, materials, inventory, documentation, etc.
- Demonstrates flexibility by performing rotational assignments as needed. Participates actively as a team member through continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Knowledge in use of scales, preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferred
- Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints, preferred
- Experience in assembling mechanical parts into a finished product, preferred
- Experience in using hand and power tools, preferred
- Prior experience working in a light industrial facility preferred
