Our Distribution Centers are hiring full-time associates for a variety of shifts. PetSmart offers four 10-hour weekday shifts, or three 12-hour weekend shifts. Shifts vary by location and may include shift differential pay. Below is an example of shifts within the Distribution Center:

Morning Shift is Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm

Afternoon/overnight shift is Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am

Weekend Shift is Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5:30pm

As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of an energetic team environment with the opportunity to work in a variety of positions in our warehouse:

• Picker & Packer: Picks store specific product from modules into totes and on conveyor belt, pack larger product to stack on pallets, automated WMS
• Stocker & Cherry Picker: Places handpicked products into designated modules or reserve docking locations
• Receiver & Unloader: While unloading trailers you'll scan products into inventory; sorts mixed SKU pallets for stocking and replenishment
• Loader: Ensures trailers are loaded with accuracy to optimize capacity

What we are looking for

• Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Apply basic instructions and procedures and responds to standard requests which may be written, oral, by headset or walkie talkie
• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable alternating between standing, sitting and or walking for an entire shift which is typically 10-12 hours
• Willing and able to operate powered industrial and mechanical equipment including but not limited to reach truck, standups, dock stocker and pushcarts *proper training and safety standards are provided
• Work in various temperatures and noise levels

Job Description

As part of a dynamic territory sales team, the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for managing, growing, and expanding into a current customer book of business (BOB). Success will depend on your ability to organize, prioritize, and engage with your BOB. Further, a successful Territory Account Manager will have the ability to identify, prioritize, and target accounts within and outside of a BOB, identify and understand client needs and requirements, develop strong relationships, collaborate, and manage multiple internal and external resources to drive a deal to close

Major Responsibilities/Activities

• Further establish, cultivate, expand and maximize business relationships.
• Identify unmet needs, efficiency opportunities and/or workflow challenges by using a consultative approach.
• Strategically sell respective solutions, related value and the positive impact IMAGINiT’s services and products can provide.
• Tactically prioritize and plan each day based on potential and urgency .
• Lead sales discoveries, develop presentations and proposals.
• Spearhead account and opportunity related strategy sessions with internal teams.
• Collaborate across RAND Worldwide business enterprise to further develop and secure business.
• Formulate, execute and update rolling business plan of action and KPI’s.
• Leverage to document current and drive future activity, create proposals, process orders and forecast sales.

Education Requirements

• Diploma or degree in business, other related fields, or equivalent work experience.

Experience/Skill Requirements

Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Client Advisor you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).

Your role as a Payroll Client Advisor is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.

During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills

A leading manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking an individual for a Territory Sales Representative position. 50-60% travel requirement from your home based office covering the Northern California and Northern Nevada area.
