Responsibilities
This position is responsible for processing various transactions for retirement plans, including trading responsibilities.
Essential Duties:
Create and review various retirement plan transactions in the OMNI recordkeeping system
Troubleshoot transaction rejects
Review trial postings of transactions prepared by other OMNI processors
Rotate through various responsibilities in the OMNI Processing Unit (contributions, enrollments, distributions/loans, dividend posting, trust accounting)
Nightly Trading
Ensure timely processing of transactions
Completion of ASPPA's Retirement Plan Fundamentals courses (RPR)
Assist with various operational projects as deemed necessary by supervisor/manager
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
Ancillary Duties: As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa or qualified multi-state license required

Position Purpose:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patients requiring respiratory procedures.

10‑hour Nigh; (8:30 PM–7:30AM)
12-hour Day; (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
12‑hour Night; (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)
Rotation: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends & holidays

What You’ll Need
Experience
Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience
Education
Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent training
Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology
Licensure & Certifications
R.T. (R) (ARRT) or R.T. (CT) (ARRT)
IEMA License
CPR (AHA only)
R.T. (CT) certification required within 13 months of hire
(Agency staff must have CT certification at start)
