Position: Survey Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (3 days in 2 days remote) North Olmsted, OH 44070
Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 (wide range based on experience)
Must Haves:

Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Survey Coordinator to work for one of our largest clients based in North Olmsted, OH. They will manage and optimize survey operations between the field and office. The Survey Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of survey operations between field crews and the office. This role serves as the primary office contact for field survey teams, ensuring survey work is properly scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. The Survey Coordinator processes and reviews field data, generates survey deliverables using Civil 3D, and maintains accurate project records and data integrity.
This position requires a strong working understanding of field survey practices, equipment, and workflows in order to anticipate field needs, resolve coordination issues, and support alignment between field conditions and office requirements. The Survey Coordinator also maintains hands-on knowledge of survey equipment, assists with equipment setup and troubleshooting, and supports training and standardization efforts. In addition, this role collaborates with survey management to support new group standards, workflow optimizations, and continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Will Do:
- Provide support for managing the transition of products from development to production. The products would include air turbine starters, gearboxes, and blowers.
- Function as the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the “Produce to Deliver” phase of programs, driving actions and setting priorities for the team in order to meet customer delivery milestones.
- Collaborating with cross-functional organizations, including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, to ensure operational readiness
- Identify supply chain and operations risks and drive risk mitigation plans.
- Help drive industrial recoveries as needed in the supply chain, including but not limited to finding alternate sources, driving rate readiness reviews with critical suppliers, etc.
- Ensure all quality-related items for products are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
- Create and manage the Industrial Plan for development programs.
- This includes tracking schedules and progress for vendors and customer plant sites to ensure flawless on-time delivery.
- Also includes regular updates to management.
What You Will Bring:
- BA or BS technical degree with 2-3 years' experience preferred
- AS or comparable 2-year degree with 5-8 years’ experience with new product introduction
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay Range: $74,000 - $78,000 a year

This position exists to assist the Design Flexibility Engineer and Design Support Section Director with analysis, research, technical writing, design investigation, project and program management, contract initiation and management, and education and outreach; as well as to provide assistance, information, training and leadership to MnDOT district offices and specialty offices and the statewide road design community. Duties include:
- Responding to inquiries regarding Performance-Based Practical Design (PBPD) process and principles
- Reviewing design memoranda and geometric layouts; aiding in concept and preliminary design development
- Developing performance-based and other tools and methods for the benefit of road design practitioners
- Developing, administering, and contributing to training programs; participating in and chairing research project panels locally and nationally; speaking and presenting to internal and external audiences
- Generally assisting in the implementation of flexibility in design, PBPD, and complete streets. Project development activities related to geometric design are to ensure the selection of feasible, efficient, practical and prudent alternatives consistent with the principles of Complete Streets, PBPD, context-sensitive solutions (CSS), and MnDOT and AASHTO design guidance and criteria.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure as a professional Civil Engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
AND
Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience that demonstrates all the following:
- Experience in roadway design and/or highway/street project development
- Knowledge of state and national design policies related to geometric design, highway safety, roadway capacity, and practical and performance-based design

This role is responsible for the validation and certification of commercial chiller systems. The position focuses on electrical system design evaluation, instrumentation, test execution, data analysis, and compliance with applicable industry standards. Engineers will work closely with mechanical engineers, lab technicians, and quality teams to ensure chiller performance, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
· Maintain all electrical systems fully functional to test HVAC systems (water-cooled and air-cooled chillers)
· Plan, execute, and support electrical testing of commercial chillers, including air-cooled and water-cooled systems
· Troubleshoot control circuits and low-voltage wiring on water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
· Develop and review electrical test procedures, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
· Set up and validate test instrumentation for voltage, current, power, harmonic distortion, and control signals
· Troubleshoot electrical, controls, and communication issues during system testing
· Analyze test data and prepare technical reports documenting results, issues, and corrective actions
· Support compliance testing to applicable standards (e.g., UL, IEC, AHRI, ASHRAE)
