U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is hiring immediately for these full-time, career Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) opportunities.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary for newly appointed law enforcement Border Patrol Agents varies from:
Base Salary: GL-9/GS-11, $63,148 - $120,145 per year
Locality Pay: Varies by duty location.
Overtime Pay: Up to 25%
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.
All Border Patrol Agents may select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health and insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan that is similar to traditional and ROTH 401(k) offerings.
*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in
5 CFR 575.102)
will be offered up to a $20,000 incentive. The first $10,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy, with the remaining $10,000 awarded for accepting a prioritized location. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans’ Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans’ Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

The roofing project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews, including designating material staging areas, overseeing and training individuals in roofing system installations, and crew personnel management scheduling and issues. - Attend Daily Department Team meetings; and Weekly Scheduling meetings, if applicable
Additional responsibilities:
- Site Survey and Take off on roofing projects
- Coordinate with permit package preparer
- Provide support to Sales Manager as required for materials, schedule, and cost information.
- Request Material bids and prepare P.O.s
- Monitor job progress and record all events and communications in ZOHO
- Resolve problems and issues that may arise including both technical and contractual
- Maintain a change order status log. Keep Accounts Receivables informed of all pending and approved change orders
- Provide support to Jorge Ramos as required for materials, schedule, and cost information.

- Maintain communication with Solar Operations to keep them informed

SPECIAL OPERATIONS CORPSMAN: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems

As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.

Overall Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows for model deployments, updates, and versioning across GCP, Azure, and AWS.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

The Project Manager, Reserves, "PM" plays a crucial role as part of a high-performing, results-oriented Resort Renovation Team. The PM will be accountable for all aspects of the Management and functional support of the Reserves Program. The PM will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic plan to support the effective adjustments to reserves data, verification of field conditions (both in person and reporting from field), Regional/Local lifecycle expectancy and general reserve program reporting.
The PM will have day-to-day responsibilities for the scheduling of site verification visits and managing the critical reporting from consultants on a timely basis. The PM will have management expectations over the consultants to ensure quality documentation is completed to support the asset preservation for the HOAs we provide serves to. The PM will leverage the Resort Renovation Team to support the program evolution while managing spend expectations for reserve projects.
The PM will be responsible for maintaining necessary relationships with Operational Partners, Consultants and Resort Renovation Team Members. The relationships will support the advancement and quality of documentation and the resulting asset improvement.
The PM will provide accurate and timely reporting to the Team Leader as well as communicating critical within the cross-functional team. The PM must be a leader and be able to express authority and see that all reserve responsibilities are carried out properly and expeditiously.
How You'll Shine:
- In conjunction with the Reserves Accounting department, manage the expectations of reserve study update cycle. This includes bench review of existing reserve studies and site visits to coordinate field conditions with cost adjustments.
- Oversees the development of cost structures for future, unplanned, project scopes to ensure protection of the assets we manage.
- Support the Reserve study adjustments necessary for the effective and efficient execution of Reserve Renovation projects.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel will be required of this position to assigned project locations throughout the United States, USVI, and Mexico that could be as much as 50%-75% of the time.

This position is within the Effectors Center of the Software organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
- Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
- Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
- Participate in internal review of software components and systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and other professionals within Engineering.
- Work on problems with defined scope, schedule, and expectations.
- Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.
- Ability to obtain program access required.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two years prior relevant experience.

- Experience with the integration of real-time software, firmware, and hardware.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, systems software design, operating systems and architectures.
- Knowledge of assembly, C/C++ programming, structured programming concepts.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and Unified Model Language.
- Knowledge of statistical and numerical methods.

Primary Objective:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Envera's proprietary sales solutions to prospective customers, including Boards of Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Associations, and Community Development Districts. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process while representing Envera's products and brand with professionalism and integrity.
**This is a remote, territory-based new business development role responsible for generaiting net-new revenue. This position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospects and customers on-site.**
Responsibilities:
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers and existing customers and in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization
- Calling on existing and prospective customers by telephone and in-person visits and presentations.
- Conducting fact finding site walks and meetings to determine the willingness and qualification of prospective prospects
- Establishing timelines, decision makers and decision making process for each opportunity
- Researching sources to develop prospective customers and determine their potential
- Develops clear and effective written communication for their current and prospective customers
- Expedites the resolution of customer concerns or issues as they arise
- Regularly communicating with management and peers regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests through written reports, emails, etc.
- Preparing detailed reports of daily activity through the company's CRM
- Keeping abreast of product applications, technical abilities, market conditions, competitive activities advertising and promotional materials available through internal and external sources.
- Participating in tradeshows, conventions after hours networking functions, and board meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Consultative Value based Sales
- A strong presenter and independent thinker, driven by results with self-motivation and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication
- Computer Proficient (MS Office, Contact Management Software)
