Precision Spine Care, a leading and growth-focused healthcare organization specializing in interventional pain management and spine care, is seeking a results-driven Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize financial performance across our clinics.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cash collections, reducing denials, and improving overall revenue cycle performance. You will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations while holding our third-party billing partner accountable to measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full revenue cycle: billing, coding, claims, collections, and follow-up
- Manage and hold the billing vendor accountable to KPIs and performance standards
- Lead denial management, appeals, and underpayment recovery efforts
- Monitor key metrics (A/R days, denial rate, net collections, clean claims)
- Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective action plans
- Partner with providers and operations to improve documentation and front-end processes
- Serve as escalation point for complex payer and reimbursement issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in revenue cycle management (ASC, pain management, or procedural specialties preferred)
- Proven success improving collections and reducing denials
- Experience managing third-party billing vendors
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs and financial drivers
