The ideal candidate will be involved in the installation, troubleshooting and support of the infrastructure, and systems within the broadcast facility.

OverviewThe Distribution Driver Class A is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect general condition of vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean vehicle including following all safety precautions in accordance with SGWS and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.

- Receive payment for goods delivered
- Sort merchandise by invoice for delivery

This role involves a combination of clinical, educational, and counseling duties tailored to the specific needs of patients.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Identify underlying causes of presenting symptoms and diseases, weight gain, hormone imbalances, or related conditions such as thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, or menopause.
2. Weight Management:
- Develop personalized weight loss plans, including counseling, exercise recommendations, and lifestyle modification strategies.
- Prescribe and monitor medications, such as GLP-1 inhibitors, appetite suppressants or metabolic enhancers, when appropriate.
- Offer guidance on advanced weight loss options, such as meal replacements, intermittent fasting, or medical procedures.
3. Hormone Therapy Management:
- Evaluate patients for conditions such as menopause, andropause, hypothyroidism, or adrenal insufficiency.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including bioidentical hormones, thyroid medication, or testosterone therapy.
- Monitor hormone levels and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
4. Patient Education & Counseling:
- Educate patients on the risks and benefits of weight loss strategies and hormone therapies.
- Counsel patients on lifestyle factors, such as sleep hygiene, stress management, and proper nutrition, that impact weight and hormonal health.
- Address patient concerns and set realistic expectations for results.
5. Collaborative Care:
- Coordinate care with dietitians, endocrinologists, fitness trainers, or mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed for advanced care or surgical interventions.
6. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and ethical standards in prescribing controlled substances and managing hormone therapies.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensure/Certification:
- Active NP license in the state of practice.
- Active State DEA license in the state of practice.
- Certification in family, adult-gerontology, or women?s health NP (preferred).
- Additional certification or training in weight management, metabolic health, or hormone therapy is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Performance of minor procedures consistent with a PCP practice to include knee and other joint injections/aspirations, hormone pellet placement (training provided), routine PCP procedures.
- Strong understanding of endocrinology, metabolism, and nutrition.
- Proficiency in interpreting lab results, including hormone panels and metabolic markers.
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Clinical experience in weight management, endocrinology, or women?s health.
- Familiarity with bio-identical hormone therapy, compounded medications, or aesthetic treatments (if part of the practice).
Work Environment:
- Outpatient clinics, wellness centers, or medical spas.
- May involve telehealth consultations or in-person visits.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
