Job Role
The Mobile Operations Manager will report directly to the Regional Plant Director. They will be responsible for managing operations at customer facilities. - Daily production measured by output per day and machine uptime

- $28 per hour based on experience 1st Shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability effective first of the month after the hire date PTO accrual begins upon hire Referral bonuses 100% employee-owned 401k with company match Job Details Responsibilities: Wiring electrical control panels efficiently in a high-volume production setting Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and B.O.M./drawings, engineering prints/specifications, and/or verbal/written instructions Responsible for laying out, machining, populating, and wiring of electrical control enclosures Assembly of mechanical, and/or pneumatic components as required.
Use common hand tools, drills, taps, saws, knockout punches, and multi-meter.
Verify work performed by checking continuity or simulated functional test to determine proper component circuitry that meets operational requirements May require the operation of a forklift, if so training will be provided Requirements: Must have experience using the skills mentioned above Experience in wiring electrical control panels, UL 508A experience is a plus.
Read and interpret schematics and electrical specifications as required.
Working knowledge of AC & DC control circuits, including single and three-phase motor control, PLC terminology/function, and basic knowledge of measuring instruments and meters.
The ability to work with and understand electromechanical functionality Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-tasked role in an organized fashion.
Strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities Operate as enlisted aircrew during flight operations; perform helicopter sea rescues and provide advanced first aid; execute underwater search, salvage, harbor clearance, and security missions; inspect, cut, weld, and repair ships and submarines; conduct deep and saturation diving using SCUBA, surface supplied and mixed gas systems, and rebreathers; operate and supervise hyperbaric chamber treatments; plan and conduct demolition; maintain and repair specialized flight, survival, and diving equipment while managing records and readiness.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Naval Aircrew Candidate School in Pensacola; Rescue Swimmer preparatory and Rescue Swimmer School for those in that specialty; Class A School in an assigned aircrew rating pipeline such as AWF, AWO, AWR, AWS, or AWV; Fleet Replacement Squadron training and survival, evasion, resistance, and escape instruction; ongoing qualification and advanced training in diving, rescue, and mission systems throughout the career.
Enlist under an advanced technical field or Warrior Challenge style contract that specifies the aircrew, rescue swimmer, or diver training pipeline; qualified Fleet Sailors may volunteer and request conversion into aircrew or diving roles after screening, physical testing, and command endorsement.
