We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support a Sr Director Firstline+ and additional Sr Directors (HR Team) during a maternity leave coverage. This role operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment and requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple executive priorities with discretion and precision.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting senior-level leaders, excels in complex calendar management, and demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is an on-site role (traditional hybrid – Fridays remote) with a strong possibility of extension. Previous company experience is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management using Outlook (high-volume, multi-time-zone scheduling)
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and cross-functional engagements
  • Book and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and documentation
  • Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and events (including budgeting, catering, agendas, logistics)
  • Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders (POs), and invoice tracking
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring
  • Create and format high-quality PowerPoint/Keynote presentations and documents
  • Draft and edit executive communications; manage distribution lists
  • Maintain organizational charts and team documentation
  • Coordinate workspace or department moves with stakeholders
  • Support special projects and track deadlines
  • Serve as the main administrative point of contact for the team
  • Provide coverage for additional leaders as needed
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders
  • Previous company experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (complex calendaring), PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience using Zoom and MS Teams
  • Proven experience supporting senior-level executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong event planning and executive travel coordination experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside core business hours

JOB SUMMARYΒ 

To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.Β

RESPONSIBILITIES:Β 

  • Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).Β 
  • Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
  • Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
  • Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Β Β 

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.Β 

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Β 

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.Β 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Β 

Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices.

Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering product.Β Β 

Ability to:Β  drive a tractor-trailer unit both in the day and at night in a variety of traffic and weather conditions and remain alert and aware of surroundings; meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company;Β  handle hazardous materials and food and restaurant items that are frozen, dry and refrigerated; operate a 3 axle tractor, 45' - 48' trailer, straight truck, on board computer, key pad and a 2 wheel hand cart; ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records ; perform basic math functions (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide);Β  effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; solve problems.

JOB SUMMARYΒ 

To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.Β

RESPONSIBILITIES:Β 

  • Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).Β 
  • Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
  • Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
  • Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Β Β 

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.Β 

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Β 

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.Β 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Β 

Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices.

Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering product.Β Β 

Ability to:Β  drive a tractor-trailer unit both in the day and at night in a variety of traffic and weather conditions and remain alert and aware of surroundings; meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company;Β  handle hazardous materials and food and restaurant items that are frozen, dry and refrigerated; operate a 3 axle tractor, 45' - 48' trailer, straight truck, on board computer, key pad and a 2 wheel hand cart; ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records ; perform basic math functions (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide);Β  effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; solve problems.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Clementine team.Β

Schedule: Wednesday; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)

Responsibilities Include::
  • Obtaining and recording vitals as needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting unusual client behavior.
  • Medication administration.
  • Document promptly and properly.
  • Model normalized dietary habits by eating meals to completion when working during mealtimes.
Qualifications::
  • Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible).
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is helpful.
  • Any past work with those overcoming Eating Disorders is a plus.
  • Must hold active CPR/BLS prior to starting work. (We can arrange training if needed).
