Farmers Insurance - District 24 is seeking a high-caliber business professional to enter our Retail Agency Manager Program in the Portland metro area. This is not a standard "nine-to-five" sales job; this is a clear, 6-12 month strategic pipeline to full Agency Ownership.
Under guided mentorship, you will learn the mechanics of the insurance industry while building a business asset that carries contract value and equity. We are looking for "Succession-Ready" candidatesβ€”individuals with the business acumen to lead a team and the sales drive to scale a territory.
The Financial Path:

* Six-Figure Potential: Competitive commission, renewal, and bonus structures.
* Capital Support: $5,000 Office Startup Bonus + Exterior Signage Bonus.

This role drives operational excellence, ensures on-time milestone delivery, and brings consumer-centric apparel stories to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of the product creation process from brief to commercialization.
  • Manage timelines, systems, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Own sub-segments of the apparel line and maintain data accuracy across product systems.
  • Prepare and manage samples and racks for key meetings.
  • Partner with Design, Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams to drive alignment.
  • Contribute to consumer insights and product storytelling.
  • Ensure adherence to performance, profitability, and sustainability goals.

Requirements / Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
