Job Summary

Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment

About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service to Ariat retailers, sales representatives, internal and external customers. You will support and communicate with sales representatives, retailers and internal customers by completing various tasks such as supporting retail accounts, order entry and order book management, maintenance, tracking and having a depth knowledge of product and order statuses. Candidates will be responsible for running daily reports and analyzing the data to ensure order book is up-to-date and product is strategically shipped to retailers. Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. Who We’re Looking ForWe are searching for top-tier Construction Superintendents who bring:
• 3–5+ years of field leadership experience
• Experience in multifamily or commercial renovations
• A strong background in large-scale exterior and interior rehab projects
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to lead crews effectively
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Comfort with modern construction technology and project management tools
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership within a rapidly scaling organization.
Project Types You’ll LeadOur projects are large-scale renovation and restoration work across the multifamily and commercial sectors, including:
• Large-scale roofing replacements
• Interior unit upgrades
• Exterior painting programs
• Re-cladding and envelope remediation
• Waterproofing and building envelope repairs
• Capital improvement projects
Our superintendents are the leaders on the ground, responsible for bringing projects to life with precision, speed, and excellence.
What You’ll DoAs a Superintendent at Xalted Construction Group, you will:
• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and ownership
• Solve problems quickly and proactively in the field
