This is a full-time position with benefits. Standard hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Duties, including but not limited to:

• Client communication and case updates
• Management of overall case volume
• Maintaining high-volume documents in the Firm's document management system
• Scheduling depositions
• Occasional investigation and inspections
• Preparing client documents for production
• Preparing notebooks/indexes for hearings, depositions, mediations and organizing files for trial
