Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules

Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.Benefits include:

Job DescriptionAs a retail merchandising representative you will be ensuring that a proper level of product stock is maintained and that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf space. This includes setup, plan-o-gram execution, stocking, facing, and rotating of the manufacturer's product (experience required). DEFINITION
The Citterio USA Manufacturing Data Analyst will be meticulous and detail oriented. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and analyze production data and manage inventory within our ERP system, specifically in SAP. This position requires critical thinking skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive operational efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

- Review and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Generate and interpret reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendation based on data analysis to support manufacturing decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy within the SAP.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and optimization opportunities. Analyze production data and adjust, as necessary. Make educated assumptions based off historical production data.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to manage inventory levels, forecast needs, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain and update production and inventory data within SAP. This includes entry and auditing of production orders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all SAP-related activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP related to production and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track production and inventory performance.
- Document processes, procedures, and findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with production, procurement, quality control, and finance teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
- Review orders to ensure labor and material costs are being tracked accurately. Verify accuracy of production consumptions and hours (yields and efficiency).
- Excellent communication and people skills with ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately and maintain mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce.

Summary: To manage all aspects of Redner's Markets Beer and Wine operations within the supermarket. The Beer and Wine Manager will oversee all ordering, storage, invoicing, and conditions of the Beer and Wine department to ensure maximum profitability. Duties include but not limited to forecasting, planning, and managing all beverage orders, staff and financial results. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage all beer and wine sales and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- To maintain an acceptable level of inventory in order to maximize sales and control out of date product by proper ordering through the vendors and LOOP.
- To control inventory levels using the automated ordering system (DAX) and routine smart counts on sections to ensure accuracy of inventory in the system.
- To work in conjunction with the beverage vendors on product displays and seasonal products within the Beer and Wine department.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- To properly handle invoices and pricing integrity within the Beer and Wine category.
