Overview
This role supports a high-precision aerospace manufacturing organization known for craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement. The Engineering Supervisor works cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, NC Programming, Quality, and Operations to improve processes, integrate new programs, and ensure consistent, compliant production. This leader plays a critical role in mentoring engineers, supporting new product introductions, and resolving manufacturing challenges that impact quality, delivery, and profitability.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a key manufacturing engineering representative for new statements of work, new product integration, and process transitions.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanisms/Test
Castelion is seeking an expert in the manufacture and design of complex mechanisms for our in-house hypersonic vehicle development. This role will work closely with design engineering and technician teams to build and execute on testing and validation efforts to keep pace with the research and development timetable of our products. You will be apart of a team responsible for serving as a critical node in implementing feedback from testing and validation efforts, streamlining designs and implementing manufacturing changes to quickly mature our products for flight testing and production. Desire for product and process ownership is a must in this role.
Responsibilities
- Work with component design engineering teams to determine the manufacturing and testing feasibility of products
- Operate as a standalone resource responsible for a family of mechanisms
- Architect, mature and develop testing and validation procedures for a wide array of complex mechanisms
- Generate concept proposals in alignment with R&D efforts to help attribute requirements gathering
- Down select solutions generated based on quantifiable vehicle attributes, system cost and weight
- Propose and defend solutions in engineering review meetings
- Develop and refine process documentation including build instructions, test and validation procedures, health and safety standards, and mBOMs
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed production plans and schedules
- Work closely with supply chain to develop new and existing suppliers as needed

Basic Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred)

Inventory Specialist
As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of inventory operations across physical and system environments. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure that materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and issued to support production schedules.
This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring that physical inventory aligns precisely with system data to enable reliable production planning and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Track, receive, identify, and document inbound inventory in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate shipping activities and ensure outbound materials are accurately processed and documented.

Position Summary:
The Demand Planner will work closely with cross functional teams (supply planning, sales, marketing, and finance) to develop forecasts based on sales data to develop a demand plan that will maximize overall Chemical Guys brand awareness and help drive sales through our Direct-To-Consumer, Online Marketplace, and Wholesale channels. This individual will work closely with cross functional teams to streamline a more sustainable supply chain while facilitating continuous improvement processes & systems that support the forecasting role.

Location: Torrance, CA (onsite)
Compensation Range: $100 - $120k annually
Primary Responsibilities:
· Deliver customer / item (SKU) level forecasts (including packaging and raw material needs) using a combination of statistical forecasting methods and advanced business intelligence processes, supported with fact-based data-driven insights, analysis and modeling.
· Forecast replenishment, load-in, activities, and promotions.
· Facilitate and initiate collaborative team-oriented forecasting process incorporating input from cross functional partners (supply planning, sales, marketing, and finance) with aligned assumptions.
· Maintain and update forecast in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
· Develop/enhance metrics and reports to track forecast accuracy and sales trends.
· Have monthly meetings with Sales and customers to review actuals, projections, upcoming launches, promos, and new stores opening.
· Actively contribute in monthly S&OP process by preparing collaborative forecasts with Sales, measuring forecast accuracy, and highlighting upcoming opportunities and risks.
· Support Supply Planning & Product team by forecasting new items while also supplying post-mortem sales analysis and trends as new items begin selling.
· Help optimize current SKU assortment to maximize sales, maximize profitability, and lower working capital.
· Condense complex analysis into succinct assumptions and visuals for broad consumption across the organization.
· Assist with future demand planning software implementation.
· Supports the Sourcing Management team strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
· Must have functional knowledge of forecasting principles within demand planning.
· Experience with sales and customer interface, operational metrics and analysis. Preferred experience with mass market, e-commerce, and retail accounts.
· Experience forecasting in Excel. Experience using demand planning software a plus.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent working relationships at various levels across the organization and with 3rd party service providers.
· Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Bachelor’s (4-year) degree in Supply Chain Management, planning or equivalent required.
· 2-4 years of demand planning related experience.
· Accustomed to high-volume environments.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects successfully with a strong winning mindset to achieve stretch goals.
