We are looking to add the right fit to our expanding team based in Los Angeles, CA. Having experienced tremendous growth over the past three years, Alera is looking for a part-time Creative Production Intern to assist in growing a sophisticated brand within the wellness space.
Role Title: Creative Production Intern
Location: In-office (West Hollywood)
Schedule: Flexible between 9-5 PM, Monday-Thursday
Commitment: 10-12 hours spread between 2-3 days per week (schedule can be arranged around school commitments)
Overview: Seeking an extremely detail-oriented, creative intern to support the production and management of a custom PR box campaign.
This role is primarily focused on hands-on creative production. The intern will be responsible for creating custom brand assets and assembling materials that will be sent to creators and partners as part of a campaign.
While the majority of time will be spent producing these custom pieces, the intern will also gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a marketing campaign — including logistics, shipping, creator coordination and performance tracking. The intern will work closely with the marketing team and gain insight into how creative production supports real-world campaign strategy and execution.
This is an ideal role for someone interested in creative production, experiential brand activations, influencer marketing and/or public relations.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on creative work and production-focused projects.

What you will do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I or II) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures with accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for blood draws, properly labeling and handling specimens, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. The CPT will also be expected to follow all infection control and safety guidelines, maintain accurate records, and comply with California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to quality care, and maintaining current certification and training are essential.
CPT Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and handling for integrity.
- Interact professionally and compassionately with patients, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.
- Follow protocols to ensure accuracy, reliability, and high standards in specimen collection.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into the laboratory information system (LIS).
