2. AM : Mon-Fr - 8am - 5pm PST
3. Weekends - 8am - 5pm PST.

Position Summary

In this Exceptions role with Campaign Offices, you are the final line of defense for data accuracy. You will review voter signature packets and data entry to spot issues, connect the dots, and decide the correct next step in processing. This is a fast-paced, detail driven role for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, thinking critically, and using deductive reasoning to get to the right answer.

If you like investigating discrepancies, catching what others miss, and making clear decisions based on criteria, you will do well here.

What You Will Do

• Review and compare entered data against original source materials to identify errors, mismatches, and exceptions
• Apply deductive reasoning to determine what happened, why it happened, and what action should be taken next
• Use proprietary software and established criteria to resolve exceptions and keep work moving efficiently
• Investigate patterns and root causes behind recurring issues and document your findings
• Communicate clear feedback and insights that help prevent future exceptions
• Manage physical and digital materials with accuracy, organization, and urgency
• Work independently while collaborating with the team to hit daily goals and maintain quality standards

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Engineer (SE)** to drive business growth for our **Ethernet Test and Analysis Solutions** in the Americas. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for Teledyne LeCroy's **Xena** and **SierraNet** product lines within data center, semiconductor, and networking equipment markets.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong, customer-focused professional with a proven track record selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test, or network analysis equipment** . You'll collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, and global Sales Leadership to meet revenue goals and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.

+ Engage with design, validation, and test engineering teams at leading semiconductor, system, and network OEMs.

+ Present and demonstrate Teledyne LeCroy's Xena traffic generators, Chimera impairment emulators, and SierraNet analyzers to both technical and executive audiences.

+ Manage the full sales cycle - from lead qualification and technical proof-of-concept to quotation, negotiation, and close.

+ Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and drive regional campaigns.

+ Provide customer feedback to Product Management for roadmap alignment and feature prioritization.

+ Represent Teledyne LeCroy at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops.

**Required Qualifications**

+ **Bachelor's degree** in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

+ **5+ years of experience** in technical sales or applications engineering within the **test & measurement** or **network equipment** industry.

+ Proven experience selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test equipment, BERTs, traffic generators, or analyzers** (e.g., Keysight, Viavi, Spirent, EXFO, etc.).

+ Strong understanding of **Ethernet protocols, PHY/SerDes, and Layer 1-3 technologies** (100G, 400G, 800G, 1.6T).

+ Ability to engage both technically and strategically with engineers, managers, and executives.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a regional role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with **CMIS, RS-FEC, PAM4, AN/LT, or coherent optics** test methodologies.

+ Existing relationships with key accounts in the **San Francisco** **Bay Area semiconductor or networking ecosystem** .

+ Experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct advanced First Article Inspections (FAIs) using micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, optical comparators, and more
• Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specs using GD&T
• Investigate and resolve supplier and customer non-conformances
• Work through quality portals to manage customer claims and rejections
• Log NCRs and inspection results into SAP and Excel like a pro
• Lead or support internal/external audits, including supplier corrective actions
• Collaborate across departmentsProduction, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality
• Mentor junior inspectors and help elevate team standards

What Will You Bring as the Ideal Candidate?

• Experience: 35+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing environments utilizing all levels of FAI techniques.
• Computer Skills: Confident navigating inspection software, SAP/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Tool Guru: Expertise with tools like micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, CMM, and optical comparators
• Quality Expert: Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, FAI's and customer quality requirements
• Decision Maker: A sharp eye and decisive judgment youve led FAIs and made tough calls with confidence
• Strong organizational skills from paperwork to multitasking electronically in a fast-paced environment
• Focus and grit youll be seated at a desk, inspecting in a warm, active warehouse environment.
