The OTS Perm Solutions Specialist (Direct Hire Recruiter) position is responsible for attracting, sourcing and maintaining a candidate pool of manufacturing and logistics talent for placement within our clients. This person will provide search and placement services for candidates and clients in assigned focused M&L (light industrial) job families. A key measure of success is the attainment of complete candidate and client satisfaction by meeting their customized placement services needs, both at the outset of the engagements and through the terms of the Talent placements.

- Protect placement through guarantee period and post placement follow up activities to ensure timely payment of client invoices
- Creatively leverage multiple technologies to enhance the candidate and client experience, i.e. video interviewing and chat platforms.
