Sets-up and operates CNC Turning, Multi-Axis lathes, and other Turning equipment to produce highly precision component parts that meet all quality standards.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Set-up and operate CNC Lathes (2-axis and multi-axis) (e.g. Eurotech, Hardinge, etc.)
- Will work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other work instructions.
- Working from blueprints, operation sheets, travelers or other specifications, set-ups and completes the machining operations to produce a quality part.
- Checks to make sure that the material to be used meets all specifications. Obtains bar stock or material from staging area.
- Performs complex set-ups of own work or for others.
- Makes all required adjustments to the machinery. Obtains tooling, gages, inserts and all other equipment needed to complete the set-up and brings up the program. Edits the program as necessary.
- Assists other Operators or Set-up/Operators with set-up or production problems and helps to train other set-up/operators.
- Ensures that all manufactured parts are in full compliance to quality standards.
- Performs visual inspections (part relationship to operation sheet/blueprint configuration) on all parts produced and performs actual dimensional verification using measuring instruments as per the guidelines established by the department or the Quality Assurance Department.
- Replaces all worn or damaged tooling as necessary.
- Verifies and records actual part count, both prior to and upon completion of all work
- Performs all routine maintenance on the equipment and maintains all fluid levels.
- Keeps the equipment and work area clean and organized.
- Returns excess bar stock or material to the staging area.
- Moves the finished work to an assigned area. Enters all work performed into the database and documents all scrap.
- Notifies leadperson or supervisor of any parts shortages or machining problems/difficulties.
- Packs and washes/preserves parts as needed.
- Performs other machining and assembly operations as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Interacts with associates from all departments.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Technical school training a plus.
- 3 years of set-up experience minimum required
- Experience with aerospace products and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus.
- Must be familiar with Fanuc and/or Okuma Controls
- Must be able to set and change tools.
- Must be able to use standard gauges and inspection techniques.
- Experience with SPC, inspection documentation, and problem solving is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Must be able to read and write comments, understand operation sheets/blueprints, specifications, and all applicable company/customer paperwork.
- Must be able to read CNC programs.
- Five plus years of increasingly diverse experience in a machine shop or CNC machining environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Unload trucks.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.
* Build merchandise displays.
* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
* Restock recovered merchandise.
* Assist customers by locating merchandise.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programming is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs and machining processes for complex, production aerospace components. This role owns the end-to-end programming and process development lifecycle, from CAM programming and tool selection through prove-out and production release, and post release support with a strong emphasis on Nickel Alloy, Titanium, Steel, Stainless Steel, and other difficult-to-machine materials.
The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver who understands how programs behave in the real world and takes pride in delivering programs that run with few to no issues once released.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam software for Okuma OSP, Haas, Fanuc and Makino machines
- Coordinate with engineering group to identify required features, tolerances, and run sequences.
- Own full program creation from concept through production release and ongoing optimization
- Define machining strategies, tooling approaches, and setup concepts for complex turning operations
- Support first article builds, prove-outs, and production ramp-ups
- Optimize programs and processes to reduce setup time, improve repeatability, and ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate with operators, quality, and engineering to ensure stable, production-ready processes
- Troubleshoot and improve existing programs as needed, with a focus on root cause and long-term solutions
- Ensure programs and documentation meet aerospace quality and regulatory requirements
- Publishes operator work instructions, set up sheets, parameter sheets as necessary
What Success Looks Like
- Programs are released cleanly and run with minimal edits or intervention
- Setups are clear, efficient, and repeatable across shifts
- Operators have confidence in the programs and supporting documentation
- Production issues related to programming are rare and resolved quickly when they occur
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a production environment
- Proven history of lathe turning programming (VTL and Slant Bed)
- BS in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar
- Experience machining Nickel alloys, Titanium and other challenging aerospace metals
- Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and cutting strategies
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- Proven ability to develop robust, repeatable machining processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Mastercam
- Experience with Okuma, Makino, and Haas controls
- Background in aerospace manufacturing
- Ability to improve legacy or unstable existing programs and processes

Annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $51,632 - $92,219 per year. Border Patrol Agents are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional ROTH 401(k) offering.
*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in 5 CFR 575.102) will be eligible for up to $20,000 in incentives. Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military)
Digital Video Content Associate is tasked with the production and editing of trending video content on Spanish-language digital channels. This role will work within the Digital Video newsroom creating content and completing daily assignments such as custom edits and producing digital highlights. This role requires a developed knowledge of digital media content creation via non-linear editing software. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to recognize high-level engagement opportunities to further industry-leading video offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be able to identify trending, "must-see"-type moments from games or on social platforms and translate them into engaging digital video opportunities
- Participate with teams internally and externally in the creation and distribution of content that best activates new audiences
- Analyze usage and performance metrics that can lead to content enhancements and improvements
- Effectively manage production timelines to ensure projects are executed on time
- Maintain proficiency and knowledge in latest trends, technology and best practices for digital video content on sports platforms including YouTube
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of combined media experience with a focus on digital media
- Basic non-linear editing skills (Quantel, Final Cut, Avid, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of soccer competitions; Concacaf (especially LigaMX), UEFA (top 5 European leagues), FIFA and Conmebol
- Understand and follow closely the latest in social media trends
- Excellent headline writing skills in Spanish; an understanding of optimal tactics for content distribution
- Strong understanding of core characteristics of "viral" content
- Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple varied tasks during a typical work day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in editing content, specific to the needs and specs for multiple social media platforms
- Experience working in a mobile-first content environment
- Experience working with a variety of digital content management systems
- Strong presentation skills
