Workday Technical Analyst II
Position Highlights:
- The Technical Analyst II serves as a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, representing the first point of escalation from the Service Center. This role is responsible for handling complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, as well as fielding integration-related inquiries.
- The Technical Analyst II evaluates the impact of cross-functional Workday configuration requests from the business, ensuring alignment with system governance and operational best practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of multiple ERP/Workday modules, the ability to analyze technical dependencies, and a collaborative approach to supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
- This role is also responsible for report catalog management. Maintain the enterprise report catalog by owning and maintaining the integrity of the organization's enterprise-wide report catalog. Ensure reports remain functional following Workday and system updates. Performs periodic audits to verify usage, accuracy, and relevance of existing reports; recommends decommissioning or updates where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues from the Service Center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, including those involving business processes, tenant settings, calculated fields, reporting, and advanced tools such as Studio, and BIRT.
- Review and assess the impact of configuration change requests from business units, particularly those that affect multiple functional areas or fall outside of safe zones.
- Maintain documentation of complex issues, resolutions, and configuration decisions.
- Migrate configuration resolutions from lower development tenants to Production.
- Ensure compliance with internal change management and governance processes.
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
- Support business leads during the testing and validation of Workday updates, patches, configuration changes, and new technology.
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting and configuring enterprise systems such as Lawson, PeopleSoft or Workday, with expertise in multiple modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Experience with troubleshooting integrations and cross-functional configurations.

Summary
The Clinical Applications Analyst II - Cadence/Prelude Analyst advances Moffitt’s mission to prevent and cure cancer by contributing to the design, implementation, and support of clinical and enterprise applications that improve patient care, research, and operational performance. The Clinical Applications Analyst II will:

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect who has migrated off of Smartsheet.
The first part of this effort will be an assessment of the current state and following up on the execution of transitioning from Smartsheet to the Microsoft Platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation initiative focused on migrating off Smartsheet and rationalizing workflow, automation, and reporting platforms across a global organization.
This is not a lift-and-shift exercise.
This role will define the target-state architecture across Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, ensuring platform consolidation, integration integrity, and long-term governance.
You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, cost optimization, and business continuity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:
- Define the future-state architecture for workflow, automation, reporting, and collaboration tools.
- Establish platform consolidation principles and governance guardrails.
- Evaluate multiple migration scenarios (full exit, phased exit, hybrid model).
- Provide executive-ready trade-off analysis (cost, risk, timeline).
- Platform Assessment & Rationalization:
- Lead deep technical assessment of Smartsheet usage across thousands of users.
- Map artifacts, automations, integrations, and dependencies.
- Classify use cases by complexity and migration risk.
- Recommend retire, replatform, rebuild, or consolidate strategies.
- Integration Architecture:
- Map cross-platform dependencies (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Tableau, ERP/CRM, etc.).
- Define scalable API and integration patterns.
- Identify automation and connector risks.
- Prevent re-creation of shadow IT in the new ecosystem.
- Governance & Risk Management:
- Establish governance frameworks for the future-state platform model.
- Identify compliance, data, and security considerations.
- Design architectural guardrails to ensure sustainability post-migration.
- Executive Engagement:
- Translate technical complexity into executive-level insights.
- Present architecture recommendations to CIO/CFO-level stakeholders.
- Support funding and roadmap decisions with structured analysis.
What We’re Looking For
- Required Experience:
- 12+ years in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS or workflow platform migrations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of API-driven integrations and enterprise data flows.
- Experience working across ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to rationalize decentralized/self-service platforms.
- Experience in large, regulated, global environments.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with SmartSheet or similar low-code workflow tools.
- Experience in cost-optimization or vendor-exit programs.
- Exposure to manufacturing, R&D, or operationally complex enterprises.
- Experience designing platform governance models or CoE frameworks.
