Well-Established Group is recruiting a non-invasive cardiologist to join our growing team in Tampa and Lakeland, Florida.
Our team includes 11 cardiologists and 16 advanced practice providers. We have a large and expanding practice with multiple outpatient clinics located throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk counties. We provide complete general cardiology, interventional and electrophysiology services in all inpatient and outpatient settings. We also serve multiple hospitals throughout the north Tampa and Lakeland areas. Group has provided the community with over 20 years of advanced state-of-the art cardiology care.

Multiple Full-Time Hospitalist Opportunities Available in Metro/Suburban Tampa, Florida
Day-Shifts Only - NO NIGHTS
Full-Time Positions - Several Options Available!
Seeking Experienced Candidates or New Grads will be considered too!
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained Candidates will be considered.

Schedule: 14 days per month OR 18 days per month
Run off of 7 on / 7 off model, either a true 7/7 (182 shifts per year) or a modified 7/7 with 3 additional days worked per 28 (216 shifts per year)

Salary starts at: $210K for 182 shifts or starts at $250K for 216 shifts
Variable based upon years of experience, but these base salaries are for new grads - base salary will be higher with experience!

Rounding Flow:
Midlevels handle all admissions 24/7 at contracted hospitals
Mid-level support NOT available at smaller hospitals, but most of the time we do not have new physicians round at facilities without mid-level support until they ve been with the company for about 1 year.
18-25 avg census per shift including follow ups and new ones added throughout the day
Hard cap of 25 pts per day for 1st year out of residency
Closed ICUs, but we medically manage the patients
No procedures or codes
Must stay on-site until 3pm, but out the door by 5pm, continue to take pages remotely until 7pm
NO NIGHTS!
We cross-credential. Most physicians will round in 1 facility. In Pinellas county, they will round at multiple facilities, but typically not within the same day. If they are asked to go to 2 facilities, it will be within a 5 mile radius of their home base.

Intensivist Physician needed on FL Gulf Coast Near Tampa & Sarasota

Client needs 1 ICU Physician to cover 10 shifts (or more) per month.

These are 24 hr shifts: 12 hr on site / 12 hr on call. They have experienced NP in place so you will be getting minimal calls.

West Coast Florida (Tampa/Sarasota/Ft. Myers) Spine Surgery Opportunity

Full-Time or Part-Time options available

Well established/thriving practice seeking an Ortho/Spine Surgeon or Neurosurgeon in the West Coast of Florida!

We have offices in Metro Tampa/St. Pete, Sarasota and Ft. Myers

We would be looking for either Part-Time or Full-Time, and are looking to make this a full time arrangement for a surgeon that is a good fit

Fellowship trained is preferred, either in neurosurgery or in a spine subspecialty

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Performs diagnostic injections and pain management is a plus as well (interventional injections, radio frequency ablations)

Evaluation and treatment of patients with neck and back injuries related to acute injury

Ambulatory Surgery Center is attached to the clinic the practice is in.

Call 1:4 weeks.

Candidate come in as an associate on a base salary with productivity bonus, benefits, etc, then transition to a partner with no buy-in once 3 conditions are met

Employed as an associate for at least 12 months
In rolling 12 months you achieve 60% of the median WRVU totals for all Florida gastroenterologists
The other partners in your office vote you in as partner.

Once you re a partner you get full equity that is split with all of the partners in the ancillaries of your practice the radiology, the pathology, pharmacy and infusions. This is all with no buy-in.

After you re a partner you can also be eligible to buy in to shares of the ASC, at fair market value, and at that point you can get ancillary income from the ASC as well as the anesthesiology. (We employ the CRNAs).

So the physicians will have ownership stake in the practice once they are partners.
