I’m working with a busy St. Petersburg law firm that’s looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial lending deals, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans

• Draft and review loan documents, sales contracts, and leases

• Conduct diligence (entity, title, survey, etc.) and maintain checklists

• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties

• Identify and troubleshoot transaction issues promptly

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of law firm experience representing lenders or complex real estate transactions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• FRP-certified or qualified for certification

• Professional, proactive, and collaborative

Compensation:

• $75,000–$83,000, flexible for exceptional candidates
