Job Description

Essential Duties

Coordination of Health Needs

- Identify on-going needs and services of residents in promotion of the highest quality resident services to be delivered.

- Ensure proper follow through and participate with evaluation and documentation for residents with a change in health care services and status.

- Assist Resident Care Director (RCD) in conducting resident evaluations and data gathers information at time of move in, 30 days post move in, semi-annually, and with any change in status.

- Conduct monthly wellness visits for all residents.

- Monitor and follow up with residents who have experienced any fall, accident, or incident and document and report as required and directed.

- Document all pertinent information in the resident wellness file.

- Maintain communications with resident's family and or responsible party to ensure medical needs for the resident are being met.

- Contact resident's attending physician when necessary and/or upon family request.

- Ensure weights and vital signs are obtained monthly for each resident.

- Assist in maintaining wellness files according to Sunrise policies and federal and state/provincial regulations.

- Maintain medical supplies and emergency kits for the community.

- Provide clinical support and assistance to community team members as needed.

- Understand and follow infection control practices.

- Partner with the RCD and community team to promote infection control standards including any resident testing, training, and skills checks.

- Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of and the possibility of exposure to blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials in compliance with universal care precautions.

Medication Programs

- Monitor each resident's medication and treatment profile regularly to ensure each medication and treatment is administered as ordered and documented accurately.

- Transcribe physician orders Medication Administration Record Treatment Administration Record (MAR/TAR) to include initials, date and time 'noted', and date faxed to pharmacy accurately and promptly.

- Complete MAR/TAR audit each month.

- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable of the Six (6) Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).

- Act as liaison for pharmacy services to ensure effective services for residents.

- Monitor the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.

- Complete Medication Observations and skills checks for medication care managers at the direction of the RCD.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance

- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable in the following key quality improvement areas:

- Resident Centered Care Model

- APIE

- Quality Care Indicators and Outcomes

- Actively participates in Sunrise Quality Assurance Meetings and Clinical Meetings

- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable in the following key regulations:

- Review Physician Reports of all new residents as directed by RCD.

- Ensure resident changes, concerns, and/or solutions are reported to RCD as appropriate.

- Contribute to the overall engagement programs and processes (customer and team member engagement) including participating in the team member engagement survey and engagement improvement planning workshops.

- Attend regular meetings; Town Hall, Department Team, Cross Over, and others as directed by the Supervisor/Department Coordinator.

- Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

The Opportunity

  • Triage, vital, and room patients.
  • Facilitate patient flow and ensure smooth running of the back office.
  • Prepare patients for physician/advanced provider evaluation. Collect clinical intake information, which includes medical history, medications, capturing vital signs and allergies, and gathering information relative to the presenting illness or injury.
  • Assist physician/advanced provider in evaluation and treatment of the patient.
  • Record patient interview, history, and other relevant information into electronic medical record (EMR). Scan all patient clinical encounter documents into EMR and label appropriately per protocol as needed.
  • Administer medications/injections under the supervision of the physician or advanced provider.
  • Perform ordered procedures – EKG, visual acuity, height, weight, injections, venipuncture specimen collection, tray set-ups, assist physician/advanced provider as needed during procedures.
  • Collect and perform Point-of-Care testing, including influenza, Strep A, Covid-19, urine dipstick, urine pregnancy, mononucleosis, RSV, etc.

  • Provide after-visit follow-up phone calls to all patients and relay any diagnostic testing results.
  • Provide navigational care for patients including coordinating referrals, following up on medications, ordering from nearby pharmacies.

Typical duties may include: Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.

Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction.

Searching persons, vessels, baggage, and cargo for contraband or weapons incidental to detention or arrest.

Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a seasoned Low Observables (LO) Design & Integration Engineer to lead design and analysis activities supporting the fabrication and test of an RCS pole model.

The successful candidate will apply deep expertise in LO materials, integration, manufacturing, computational electromagnetic (CEM) modelling, and test support to design, build and test a representative pole model for an advanced next generation program in the St. Louis region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed LO design and integration for the RCS pole model, including material selection, incorporation of advanced technologies, supplier hardware integration.

  • Use computational electromagnetic solvers to model, analyze, and optimize radar cross section (RCS) and scattering behavior across required frequency bands and aspect angles in support of pre-test predictions and diagnostics.

  • Work with Manufacturing to ensure proper alignment between design, analysis and fabrication of LO components.

  • Define and support fabrication processes, QA checks, and build plans for LO skins, coatings, RAM treatments, and attachments; identify and mitigate manufacturability risks, provide LO liaison support to the shop.

  • Develop and execute test plans for RCS characterization (anechoic chamber and outdoor ranges), including instrumentation, calibration, and measurement repeatability considerations.

  • Prepare and execute data processing workflows to reduce, calibrate, and analyze measured RCS and related EM test data; combine simulation and measurement data for validation and design iteration.

  • Produce clear technical documentation: design descriptions, analysis reports, test plans, test reports, procedures, and presentation materials for program reviews.

  • Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement of LO design, test, and data processing practices.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Hands-on support in fabrication or test setups may be required.

  • Will require travel to other company locations, supplier facilities, fabrication shops, and test ranges (including anechoic chambers and outdoor ranges).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

We are seeking a Crane Service Technician – Level 1 to join our team in St. Louis. This entry-level position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the overhead crane service industry. You will assist in performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs on overhead cranes and hoists under the guidance of experienced technicians.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of overhead cranes and hoists per OEM manuals and OSHA standards.
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements.
  • Correctly reeve load cables and identify incorrect reeving in simple/common configurations.
