Responsibility is to retain clients throughservicing and management of complex client relationships both internally and externally. Collaborate with members of the department to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve client satisfaction.
How You Will Contribute:
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned book of business, including but not limited to processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, issuance of certificates of insurance, claims reporting and follow up as needed, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, loss analysis and responding to coverage questions.
- Build courteous and successful relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve client retention.
- Identify gaps in coverage and consult leadership or producer of options to advise the client.
- Manage the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients with the producer including ordering updated loss information, obtaining updated information, handling renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing and negotiating the renewal pricing as well as preparing the renewal proposal, and binders.
- Manage the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements and certificates to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements.
- Assist in growing the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
- Support marketing and sales teams as needed.
- Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the sales management database.
- Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.
- Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards.
- Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Insurance Producer license in good standing (authorities in states needed to service the assigned book of business) or ability to obtain such within 90 days of hire.
- Professional Designation specific to area of specialty (ie, ARM, CIC, RPLU) (Preferred)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
- College Degree in a business-related field. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher. Able to create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of the use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machine, etc.)

The position requires deep understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement methodologies (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers), payer contracts, and operational drivers such as patient volume, length of stay, case mix, and physician practice economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, preparation, and monitoring of annual operating budgets, multi-year forecasts, and long-range financial plans for assigned departments, service lines, or the organization.
- Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis on revenue, expenses, labor productivity, and key performance indicators; identify trends, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning, capital projects, new service lines, acquisitions, physician compensation, payer contract negotiations, and reimbursement impact analysis.
- Analyze healthcare-specific metrics including net revenue per case, cost per discharge, contribution margins by service line/payer, denial rates, bad debt trends, and payer mix shifts.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights; prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Support month-end close processes, including accruals, allocations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation/review.
- Evaluate contracts (e.g., managed care, vendor, physician employment) for financial impact and compliance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives such as value-based care programs, population health, cost reduction projects, or regulatory changes (e.g., CMS updates).
- Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP, healthcare regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements and system enhancements (e.g., ERP, budgeting software, BI tools).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS Finance) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, HFMA certification) strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare (hospital, health system, physician group, health plan, or managed care).
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a complex, regulated environment.
- Prior exposure to healthcare reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid DRG/APC, managed care contracting, RVUs, or value-based payments) highly desired.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, financial modeling); experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, Tableau/Power BI) preferred.

Position Summary
The Building Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and life safety compliance of the facility and surrounding grounds. This individual will oversee preventative maintenance programs, manage service requests, coordinate vendors, and ensure the property meets all required safety and regulatory standards. The role is hands-on and operational, requiring comfort responding to emergencies, managing documentation, and supervising support staff as applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Building Operations & Maintenance

Qualifications
